Alright, I'm planning on going on a road trip with a couple friends soon ( 2 guys, 1 girl ). Naturally, we're trying to do this as cheap as we can.

Now, thankfully, I've gotten them to drop the idea of towing something behind my fucking Subaru. However, we've decided we're going to buy an old, beat up RV then sell it once we're done. Given the kinda gas millage these things get, gas prices start to matter a lot.

We were thinking of maybe going to Greenland, but one of our people hates that idea.

So anyway, our only requirements:

Legal driving age 18 or younger, fairly cheap gas. English, German or Spanish speaking. Legal driving age of 16 or 17 would be best ( we'll be 18, 18, 17 ).

Is there a ferry that will take you to Greenland?  Cause unless I'm mistaken, you can't drive across water.

Specially from alaska, you would have to drive all the way to the east coast and then drive through the atlantic

perhaps that is the idea? It's a road trip after all...and as far as I know, a road trip is a bit further than down to 7-11 to get a gum....as for driving to Greenland? should work, if the ice is thick enough(if there is ice during the summer..if there is summer up there). I know that ppl often drive over the ice here on winter instead of driving all the way around..

Why not just pile into your Subaru and drive deep into Canada or to the 48 states? Go into Canada, get drunk, etc etc. Seems like good times to me.
