Find out what the imac G5 native resolution is and make sure that the game resolution is set to the exact same. (This is important)

also, Go into the Ghost Recon Settings .ini file and make sure that the vram isnt 32 (which it is by default) and change to 64.

umm, what Ghost Recon Settings .ini file are you talking about? GhR has no .ini files, only the options.xml which contains all the settings. also there is no possibility to change the VRAM from 32 to 64 anywhere.

i think u're confusing it with Raven Shield. Wink

i'd try to take the options.xml file from the old iMac's GhR folder and put it into the one on the iMac G5. see if that makes the FPS better (wouldn't make sense if not). you can optimize it from this point for the better hardware.

if you have an ATi card in there... i'd suggest to try their very useful utility called "ATi Displays". it can be found on versiontracker.com or on the ATi website itself. great optimizing app for ATi graphic cards.

Changing stuff like this might help. Lower number = lower quality = better performance. I used to have GhR tweaked to the max on my iMac 800 to make it run decently. I had all details on low or off (except shadows, you might spot someone through a wall with it Wink And also turn bullet holes to 1.

That's all I can think off right now.
