Ok, time to walk a VERY thin line here... I'm sure Ace and Wrath are paying close attention.

First, (as close as I'm going to get to responding to dumbass comments) SWAT is an acronym, not a trademark.  CIA, FBI, DEA, those are trademarks, and are being fought over in court right now due to some stupid tee shirts.  Also, just drop the law suit bullshit.  Nobody is filing suit to strip a stupid clan name from anyone.
