Ok, finals have been on now for what? like 4 days. I have been on every day along with most of my clan waiting for at least one game to be played with MoD.

I am hear becasue  I dont want this to turn into uglyness like what happened between BTs and MP5. I dont want MoD to come to us in the last of the hours of the finals to say, hey...lets get the finals done. Because that will be meet with my anger and me saying where the hell have you been the past week. I am not going to be put in a spot where me and my clan have to scramble to get guys together to clan battle. To me it would just be very inconsiderate of MoD.

Besides, it is not our, and definatly not your fault that the finals were pushed directly into the summer vacation of many of our players. As for this seasons finals...had they been played two weeks ago, this would never have had to happen. Push the finals forward with some weeks, admins, and let us plan the games in peace. You cannot seriously expect ppl to change their vacation plans for the DAMN BL finals, do you?

Ya know Voodoo, this is kind of odd that you are writing this.  I have tried to talk to you last night about when we should CB and I am aware of the situation, but it is a fact that our
RVS guys are away at this time because of the holiday that is here in the US.  Brutha is correct that this league should not have extended this time into one of the 4 largest US holiday's., as well as being summer vacation where most of my guys are gone as well.  

In any event I tried to talk to you last night about this when you were talking with Aramarth and I didnt realise that there was an issue with you about this until now.  And to be honest Aramarth and I were on most of the night shooting the shit and not once was this brought up in any part of the conversation with you bitching about when we were to cb.  Aramarth is the admin for our clan but again, you waste both our times if you dont talk to the clan leader about it and that happens to be me at this time.  You could have talked to me about it then or for that fact at any time previous to this little email that you posted online but you did not.  So dont tell me about waiting around for the last 4 days.  If you wanted to CB all ya had to do was ask at that time.  It's funny cause most of our RVS players would have been on at that time and loved to CB based off of the fact that they were online.  But now that everyone is gone you whine about it here.  I understand why you are doing this, but to be honest there is no reason why this should have come about.  It was my impression that the finals started on Friday to sunday for the first round.  Not that they were all week.  At least that was how it went last season adn so I assumed that was how it was being this season as well.

32. The Finals: The finals are divided into two rounds, each lasting one weekend. All rounds are played as best of 3, which means the clan that first wins 2 clan battles is the winner of the round. In addition, all final round clan battles have to be a best of 10.

This above rule #32 is taken right out of the CB league rules Voodoo, so I dont know where the hell you get that you have been waiting 4 days for a cb with us in the finals when it dosent even start until Friday.  Please enlighten me if you know something that I dont.  And if you do, why was this not taken up  with me sooner then this?  It's not like I am not online every single day man.

we are required to play BOC cb's this weekend.  First off they will not talk to me about it except for finally when I confronted  Nixhex online about it because he was talking trash that we had refused his cb's requests when all they need to do is talk to me.  In either event I have tried to talk to them about this but because we have a very small percentage of our clan online that plays RVS and VooDoo's obvious obsession with getting the cheap win because he is forcing us to play with none of my team online I feel that at this time we must forfiet the games because Voodoo will not accept the fact that most of my guys in our Rvs team have lives and cannot be online during 4th of July weekend where most Americans spend it with their families instead of being online.  So I must sadly give our forfieture of the CB to them because they are forcing the issue upon us and because of the extension of this cb season that was done halfway thru the season in the first place when most of us had already planned to be gone at this time.  So VooDoo here is your win.  You deserve it, and thanks for trying to make us look like shit online to attempt at a cheap victory.

P.S.  We were able to get :cO: top agree to this but it shows that :cO: was right and that most clans wouldn't work with other clans to make an appropriate time to set this up.  It's just sad that BOC has some of the best players online for RVS and it has to go down this way =(

Maybe it's in the best interest to just not even have a finals this year. Postponings make everything so boring and you feel groggy by the time it comes around.

Well, I think the issue is that for most of us we had set on the finals being the time that we were originally told.  Once the new scheduale came out 2 days before the finals were to start we had an issue because we had already planned for many of us to be gone at that time.  My main issue with this is I cannot force my guys to play.  I can actually say that we do have a large clan, true, and if I had my guys on that could play I would, but the simple fact is that the ones that own RavenShield cant be here because they have their lives to attend to on this holiday with their families, and the ones that are online now do not have a true copy of the game and now they cannot play because of the new patch that came out that limits them being able to play the game at all.  So by giving my forfieture for Ravenshield is not something that I take lightly.  The simple fact is that as clan leader I cannot get enough of my guys on to play a normal 4 vs 4 which BOC is insisting on.  Therefore, instead of wasting our time with these bullshit politics about going into a game with lesser guys to play against the top team I will stop that issue and therefore issue the forfieture.  I take full responsability for my actions as well as all of you BL admins should be aware of your actions by forcing us to either play on a holiday weekend knowing that most American teams wont be here or on the proceeding week days where most of us work during the day or are gone on vacation.  By extending this BL another month you guys have made it virtually impossible for others to play at this time.  Therefore you should be responsible for this issue as well.  Which the funny thing is I dont see one of you guys admitting to being the culprate of this issue.  I do know Aramarth voted against this and he was right because he predicted this issue coming about and my fault on this was not taking this to heart cause I did not realise how many of my guys would be gone.  But the scenario is that we cannot play if we dont have the guys online to do so.  Normally everyone gives us shit because we play with our best.  Well, to be honest they are usually the ones in the end that end up playing for us because they are the ones that are willing to make the sacrifice to play the games for the team in our time of need.  So now that most of our top players are gone because of the holidays and my co-leader also being gone for means that were out of his hands at this time I HAVE to issue this order.  

I think the thing that saddens me the most is that most teams give so many issues because they want to win at all costs.  I mean what is the true meaning of winning really?  We all want to win but do you really want a win handed to you or do you want to earn it?  People so many times have insisted that they are the best because they earned it.  Well, if you dont take on the best then you are nothing more than a puppet fit for everyone else's amusement.  Only there to make a stupid example of yourself for others to sit and think how freaking pompus you act because you win something out of a cheap victory.  Last season we had this issue with BTs refusing to CB.  This is far from that case follow clanners.  We admit that we are caught with our pants down because of the season ending change and also the issues that some of our clansmen are going thru personally at this time.  That is why the forfieture of this season for RVS is given by us because we cannot give BOC what they want.  So I made it simple.  Again, I feel like shit about it but because in the infinite wisdom of the admins that thought about this we were forced into this dilemma.  Ya see, this is something that I should have been told about and voted on.  Not the admins.  No offense admins but most of you guys do not run the clans.  That is the problem.  If the clan leaders were running this then we would have had this ironed out long time before this.  Simple but a fact to be honest.  No one knows about the issues better then the clan leaders.  And it should be chosen off of the most active clans of that previous season, and every season should change based on the activity and rank of the clans to determine the admins that are involved.  Of course I dont expect you guys to listen to me.  To be honest that is why I try not to write in here because it annoys me that I as the clan leader cannot be the spokesman for the clan about these issues and to be honest if I was an admin I wouldnt want to deal with anyone else but the clan leader of the other clan.  Ya know, someone that actually had some say into what was going on in their own clan.  

I have been clan leader for this clan for close to two years now and I can say not once have I ever been forced to forfiet a game.  And now it has come down to this, beacuse of the lack of regard of other peoples lives and cultures just because some other team that would have most likely won anyway wants to win it that bad.  Well if that is the case, and it seems like it is, because they are insisting that we finish a game that we cannot do because of the lack of players, because the default is 4 vs 4.  I am not trying to say that all BOC members are all this way but there is one person that speaks for the clan and only the leader of that clan can force that decision.  This is not shit talking but a fact because I want to state that other members might have gone that way with a smaller cb but because a 4 vs 4 is requested by the leader, again they are going to force us to play with less players, and that is unacceptable considering you would think the #1 ranked team would actually want to play against fair odds.  In either event, there is no need to lie about waiting 4 days to cb us, nor is there any reason to state this bullshit online about us refusing when no one in my clan has the ability to accept a CB except myself and BFG, and I doubt that you have talked to BFG yesterday or in the last few days previous.   So take the forfiet and be done with this bullshit.  It just sucks ass that it has to come down to this and no one does anything about it except trying to force an option that does not work.

Finals should be fun, yes. But you cannot change the rules during finals to make the game more fun . . . If MoD only has two guys (which you can play with two guys according to the rules) then that is what you'll have to cb with.

Rules does say.... Finals are finals... if MOD has only 2 players then mod vs whoevere plays the default.

and to make matters clear... we did refuse to cb... We have a history of asking clans all season long to cb with refusals left and right.... Come near season end... and then all of a sudden the clans needing to get into a finals spot want us to all of a sudden cb them when its easy for them to do so.... and risk our chances of finals... when we already did the leg work all season long.

So you don't want us to refuse you on a CB? then ask us... ALL season long... Not when some other clan out cbs you with like 100 cbs more then your clan and knocks u out of finals with less then a week left....
