Ok. Maybe I'm just drunk, but I think that tactical nuke in the DBL maps 2.5 is just fuckin lame. It is totally unrealistic - like twice as bad as the X1 mod. I don't even want to cb with it it's so retarded. Gimme a fuckin break (I'mreallly drunk...does it even exist or am i just halluci9nating?).

The tac-nuke DOES exist but it is in fact very balanced.
You get ONE rocket and a pistol.
Explosions do NOT go through walls.
It has a radius of 60 meters, making it almost impossible to use.
It has a VERY slow closing time.
Any team that aint REALLY good coordinated will just blow themselves away. Let it stay.

Acri covered most of the reasoning. I will just add that if it becomes a problem, I won't hesitate to have it removed. I was looking for some sort of anti-camper airstrike or mortars, and the Tactical Nuke was all I could come up with. The blast radius is the same size as the inside of the embassy walls.

Ok I see your reasoning. I just think its a little silly. But I can get used to it if everyone else likes it.

well i disagree partially with the nuke
it should be edit to 25 meters or 30 (twice a nade) but not 60 m and no damage across walls

i think that this kit don't exist, tell me where you saw in real life this kit.
for me, this damn map 2.5, it's only a mod created by cheater.
this mod break what i like in GHR: stay near the real.

The tac nuke is awsome, I used it yesterday on Aramarth's host and I blew half of the other team away with it
(it was an 11vs11)
What an awsome start of a game that was...
Pls don't take it away, its fun to use and once you shoot that only rocket you got, you need to use your pistol skills to defend yourself. An great addition to the game and much much better and more fun then the OICW/GL (which carrys to much nades)

Well whatever he thinks I did, I fear he is misinformed. I made the explosion bigger, no more. I balanced its power by making it equally weak. This is something Ubi ought to have done properly with the darn oicw, but did not.
Realism? Think airstrike or mortars. If you honestly think modern weapons can't coat the inside of the embassy walls with fire, you kid yourself.

if you change the weaponinfos in YOUR files, it only affects single player. it'd be only serverside when you play it multiplayer.

Hey, a jet could easily drop a missile that large, or artillery could cover an area that size. The fact that I had to use a rocket is irrelevant.

I haven't seen a gun with a short barrel and no sights or sight rails with a 5x zoom and accuracy comparable to longer weapons. Want to keep your OICW-joke-of-all-guns? Then think about what you're saying. I do not have a spec sheet in my hands, but who are you to say that we can't/haven't produced a shoulder-fired weapon that has an explosive radius several times that of a hand grenade? Before you post flagrantly disregarding the thought and effort someone put into something, why not think in terms of "does it cause a problem" instead of "how many reasons can I think of that I don't like this." I will overwhelm you with the number of reasons the oicw is more harmful to gameplay than the toy rocket.
