If I can run osX on my PB g3 233 then by god you should be able to run it on a 333 imac.

That doesn't have to be a lie.  I've seen the same thing on a 333MHz blueberry iMac.  Good CD's, but it would KP (Kernel Panic) every time you tried to load it.  Probably had to do with either 1) the extra RAM, 2) extra VRAM or 3) upgraded processor to 450MHz.

I have an iBook 366 that can run 10.2, but not 10.3, for no reason that I can tell.  But it to will just KP while trying to load.

Yeah, there was a big trend in Japan to stuff the guts from a Cube or iMac into an old classic case like that.  

Doesn't prove anything other than some japanese have way too much time on their hands, and questionable taste =D
