Replay against Skillz in Gz issue

OK, I might be wrong about this, but we should have not been penalized for the GZ replay.  To break it down when Gz asked for the replays it was after the game had ended and not during the 30 seconds after the game.  Nor was it brought up within the game itself at any time till the game was over.  So for us to refuse to send the replays even though we had saved them shouldnt be an issue that we would be penalized for.  if they wanted the replays they should have asked for them as rule 13 of BL stated which was in the last 30 seconds of the after part of the game.  Or to even tell us what the replays were for, like DAMN BL rules state within the waiting window between the games, but that was not done in this case.   So Skillz asked me after the game if he should send them the replays cause they asked for them after the game was done.  I said that he does not have to, cause gameplay for DAMN BL says that he has to request them during the 30 seconds after the game.  So I left the decision up to him.  I do not feel that a clan has the right to ask for replays even though they did not ask for them during the game.  Luckily as Skillz was taught by MoD, we save all replays on our server just in case there was an issue that might be contested by another clan.  Since that wasnt the case here, I dont believe that we should be penalized because Gz did not do their job.  And if they state that they did ask for them during the game then I would like to see the SS required by BL as proof saying so, because there was no such incident.  So plz take this penalty off our record. This should not have been an issue, and I didnt even bother to check knowing that they didnt have a leg to stand on, but now that I have seen it, it is only fair that this be removed from the record, or at least taken off till they can prove their allegation of not sending a requested cb replay within the right time during the game.

Skillz just contacted me on GR.

He said that he was rushed right into another CB and didn't send the 3 replays that were requested immediately.? He has sent them though (just late).

How do you guys want to handle it from here??

My own opinion is to give MoD the win but a warning (and points) for sending it late (assuming GZ doesn't have a problem and say there was a glitch).? The screenshot is no longer an issue, since Skillz does admit he was asked for 3.

While the last replay was the issue in doubt originally, the fact that the properly requested replays were sent beyond the deadline is the reason for the warning point(s). We agreed that you were not required to send the last one, and you were not penalized for it.[/color]
