I know about the lost pasword funtion but when I put in my username it says entered incorrect data. I know that my account exsits because It is on the waiting list for clan Exe>
I even tryed reactivating my acount and nothing.
Should I make a new account?

You tried to enter your Screenname but you have to enter your Login Name which is "|K^C|Scrach". That should work.
