This is something I have never found in searching through Ghost Recon mods. I'm sure at least someone on here has read MegaTokyo (
www.megatokyo.com) and seen the Quake strips (i.e.

Yep... your challenge, oh people who know how to make mods...is to make a pigtail mod. Because nothing will kill your personal pride faster that being sniped by a girl in pigtails. Also, Ghost Recon multiplayer games need some humor in them, beyond your average 12 year old's attempt to insult you/your mother/your sister.
Conditions for a win: You must have 2 character models with pigtails and full textures - one with short pigtails, 1 with long pigtails. Now, I know that building 3-d pigtails, could cause a huge hit to your model's polygon count, so it's up to you to cheat where necessary.
Prize: um... yeah. Prize? You should be proud knowing you brought pigtails to Ghost Recon.
