BTs 1st bracket vs [one] starting 1-0

Well the decision has been made, about  |DFA| being replaced by [one]....

According to the *DAMN Battle League rules....
If a clan is caught cheating or fails to send in a cheat test, the clan that cheated would then receive a 6-0 loss....

So according to your rules we should have completed the 1st bracket games... I mean [a] clan was caught cheating and all their games that they won using Moley were deleted. DFA did use asshole once before the season ended. That was against MOD, which MOD won that game... (Yet it's not being deleted from their record)

We were ahead in this last game when they were caught cheating which according to your rules it's then a 6-0 win for us...
They were caught cheating in the second game... So why is it that we were penalized for that first game against DFA which we won fair an square?

The cheat was performed in the 2nd game of the finals.... So why is it that we delete the first game... and not all 81 of DFA CBs with points being adjusted to be in according to your ruling here in the finals...

Well if it doesn't really matter since it was before the finals then why should it matter here in the finals? I mean... They were caught cheating... 6-0 win bts... Next bracket...

Yet instead... we completed our part by doing our games early enough, and now we have to do 3 more games before Sunday?
I'm very sorry but i think thats a bunch of bull...

Every other clan that got caught cheating this season was penalized that CB with a 6-0 loss. final.

We are very upset that you stand by the rules any other time. This time i believe we're getting the shit end of the stick...

So if the ruling stands as is, all of us in BTs are stepping away from the *DAMN Battle League for this season.
We played some good games, no cheats... and in the end we got played.

We will continue with the finals if Mauti stands by the rules he setup.

We will except the following:

1) game: BTs vs (whoever) 6-1-2
2) game: redo because DFA cheated.

So we still keep the first game as a win. Really the second game should be 6-0 but we will except a redo.

Eight I have a compromise.  Keep in mind that your response to this shows how reasonable you are willing to be, so make sure you choose your words carefully.

In the interest of all parties, I would like to request that for BTs and [one], if not for the entire first round, the deadline be extended proportionately to the amount of time that we have lost here.  After all, for us at least the finals have just begun today!  An extension would allow my clan and BTs the time needed to complete our cbs without an uncomfortable rush caused by DFA.

Eight as far as your rights winning the first games are concerned, I honestly agree you have been dealt a crap hand.  But what is anyone supposed to do about it?  Default the first round to you on Moley's account?  Two clans will be eliminated in the first round, and mine along with another will be kicked out while you sit on your rear end and watch yourselves advance.

I do not presume to have the answer, or know any better than the rest of you what should be done here, but eight's attitude is a waste of the binary code this server stores it with.  If eight will accept nothing other than a redo of the second match, I am willing.  While it deals the crap to my clan instead of his, sure I will start a cb down 1-0 to begin with.  We aren't even supposed to be here.  I just hope to heaven that no BTs is ever caught cheating against us, because I will move mountains to bring them down after this show of goodwill on our part.

First the rules apply for you as everyone else and yep you have won 1(2) - 0 against DFA. First as you posted it and second could be judged asb 6 - 0 due the cheats or in the case of [a] vs EUR nullified.

As for [a] only wins by the cheated clan get removed.

As said before, I can understand your point of view on the other side I would like to have seen finals were everyone gets the same chance simply because if you would have lost to DFA all their games would be nullified and you would get a complete new chance against [one]. The other fact, which gives you right, is that  DFA made it into the finals without cheating. So you have beaten the regular 6th ranked clan.

Hmmm well I accept your compromise(because [one] agrees with a blue eye). You have to beat [one] once while [one] has to beat you twice to proceed to the second round.

Well, to be honest, we would have reported that game but we wearnt sure that he was cheating at the time.  As we looked more into the games we realised the next day that he ahd been cheating but still really had no way to go abouts to report something like that.  Plus since we seem to catch many clans cheating in one way or another we felt that if we reported the game that people would have started giving us more shit saying that we were starting up shit again which we all felt that we did not want to go down that road again.  plus it is hard to defend a cheat when we still won the game.  So that is why we did not report it.  Plus, on top of that, we did finish the game, unlike the |DFA|  BTs game that was stopped over halfway through because u guys felt that cheating occurred.  We also thought that so we did a suprise cheat test, which of course did not show anything cause he was using some type fo distance cheat.  Although we did get his pic and noticed that it was quite distorted.  It is true that he was cheating in the game he played against us, but we finished the game and won.  So I do not believe that that should be taken away from our team simply cause we finished the match and the other team was cheating.  I sent Eight our replays of the game to confirm his suspicions.  And it also confirmed mine.  but since we finished the cb and won, that should not be taken away from us just beccause we did the right thing and gave our evidence as well.
     As to [one] replacing |DFA|.  Well, i do agree that [one] should have the chance to play BTs in the cb's because I do believe that they do deserve the right to try to beat the best of the best in the finals.  Although, it seems that they are only getting one chance at it.  So they got to make it count.  Although Eight feels cheated out of the forfiet, i do believe that [one] also get's the ass end of the stick as well by only getting to play BTs in one finals round.  So it really goes both ways.  Although BTs shoudlnt have any problems with playing a team that plays fair.  
     BTs did the right thing by reporting this cb.  I do praise them for that.  But they shouldn't have an issue at giving another clan a chance to play a fair game against BTs in the finals.  =)
     It seems that BTs would have got what they wanted if they had finished the game.  But what can ya do?  
     I dont agree with everything Mauti says but he does try and make decisions that most of the clans would agree to as his end result, and that is what counts I think.  So kudos for letting [one] get their shot at the title.

Ok guys,  here is my suggestion that might make everybody feel at ease with this situation.  For the purpose of the unusual circumstances, the finals one vs BTs could be a best of 5 insted of a best of 3.  This way one has a better chance and Bts still keeps there win.
