what could this error be and how can i get rid of it. I've had trouble with it for ages. It wont let me shutdown my computer, it comes when I start it up and when i log off.

Looks like an error that has to do with your web service, are you using a broadband connection? I looks like a batch file that has to do with your nework config, but it doesn't look like any windows generated error message pre-se.... Looks like it was caused by some type of Network software.
