IDF mod on PC Mag

Coco / Cobra: is there any plan to let PC mags put this mod on a cover disc?
I only ask as I have a 56k modem and 50meg+ is a lot of downloading time for me.
Maybe it already has been put on disc.
Only interested in UK mags.

Yeah, I spoke to Tony about it (PC Zone) and he expressed an interest, but i'll have to get back to him. I'll let you guys know. BTW, you can download the mod in 2 pieces also, check our homepage.

Thanks Coco, I'dalready checked out the multi part download, still a little to large for my measly 56k, would take me hours and cause me grief with the missus

Dave why don't you just download it when you go to sleep? It'd certainly be done by the time you get up.

yeah and then it disconect in the middle of the night.. that happens to me quite often.
Dave, try and get gozilla (a download manager). theres a freeversion on the web somewhere! you can stop downloads with it and continue some other time.
Or ask someone like me if he/she could send it to you on cd. (I'd do it if you want)

If NTL are still doing thier 128k broadband with ?25 installation I may go for that, I may have missed the offer
