I was informed that Typhy was not allowed back untill June 1st, but on may 28th i saw typhy join Ak again.

Isnt that a violation of the suspension???

No, I gave him permission to put the tag back on as long as Rapid (who had suspended him from AK) allowed it.  He just wasn't allowed to CB until the 1st .  AK and Typhy both obeyed the punishment and everything from that is resolved.
