I was talking to LM todsay when he directed me to the DAMN BL... Saying I got booted out of NADS and removed from the BL? I request that me taken down due to... well... misfacts..

1) I've been banned from gr for months... How can I start a clan or even be in one?! It was hard enough when I was in NADS... but I LEFT NADS due to another NADS member who was pissed at me request... I wasn't booted...

2) I have no clue what tbd is.

3) I haven't ever started a clan with rancid

4) I have no clue what's going on with your BL statement..

Uh... Yah, this summarizes it nicely...

"Rancid and Ben started the clan tdb while in NADS...they were booted from NADS for this and tdb has been removed from the ladder with their one CB being nulled. Both will be suspended for a month." is the statement..

So to iterate myself..

I didn't start the clan tbd... I was never in the clan tbd.. I was in NADS and left it... not removed... And I shouldn't be suspended...

I don't have any clue what you are talking about. The BL admins totaly run the Battle League the last time I really was on GR was in september.I also logged in in october for few minutes and played some R6 but that's it. So sorry Ben I am the wrong one to talk about this because I don't know anything about tbd or something else...

ben just to point out an obvious gap in logic here? you say that you were never in tdb and that you left NADS by choice a while ago, and also that you are banned from GR and can't play anyway. If all this were true, then why would it matter if you were banned from the Battle League? You aren't an active participant anyway!!!

Well, first, ben left nads BEFORE tdb started (I think), so he wouldn't really be breaking that rule. Second, ben's right, he can't go on GR, so he couldn't have played in tdb. Third, he could steal join a new clan and CB from that clan, which he won't be able to do if he was banned.

But, the tdb members were also on Gameranger and playing from there. If they joined, then ip joined,it would take too long and the comp from which ben could go on GR doesn't have RS.

Ok, since you apprently can't read all that complicated sutff here goes:
Ben has RS
on one comp.
That is where
he plays from.
The comp where
he goes on GR
does not have
RS. Therefore, he
could not have
joined a RS
game under a
tdb name or
any other RS
game.

Well, I haven't had a chance to talk to the other admins or Ben yet since he posted, but it has been noticed and is being looked into.

Okay Ben, we were told by one  of the *NADS that you and Rancid were booted from Nads for starting TDB.  Maybe you should see why your clan members are lying.  Rancy, maybe your sentence can be reduced a little if you tell us who else was in the clan with you.

On Ben's behalf TDB is a PC clan. The Dogs Ballox or something and Rancid does have a PC and he could have an IP joining PC friend.

Alright, here's my story...

Flame approached me one day and we got to talking. We came to the consenses that tbd panther was NADS Rancid... But I decided I'd make sure, so while he was in game, I saw panther come on... I said "Hey Rancid"... Panther immediately signed off, seconds later, rancid signed on... I said "Hey Panther"

We discussed the prospect of him being panther, which he continuously denied against my accusations... Finally, he admitted to me he was panther. He continued by saying he couldn't logon as panther anymore because I knew... In the time of this conversation panther logged off and logged back on..

Toward the end, a bit after he admitted he was panther, I saw a "noob" logon asking the questions even a noob should know... I said "Hey Rancid, that's you isn't it?"... He again started his denying process... So I said something on the main chat insteada his private messaging screen implying he was this other guy... (During the conversation with the other guy the other guy said he was a friend of rancid's... rancid agreed... Somehow parts of my conversation with the other guy came up in my conversation with rancid and visa versa, so I assumed they were the same)

People backed me up, mainly as a joke I think... Because, frankly, now days people don't care if vets have second accounts... Anyway, someone said something like "Panther is rancid I heard!" I guess Rancid assumed I told this guy that (Note: I DIDN'T!), so Rancid cussed me out, said he was leaving NADS because I didn't want him in, and blocked me... Then, I don't know what happenned to him, but I guess Cookie went to comfort him and bring him back...

I spose Rancid said something to Cookie like I forced him out of the clan or something, because cookie came back and seemed quite a bit peeved at me... Yah... And a bit of background, there was a miscommunication before when I thought cookie told me she didn't want me in NADS but she didn't... (I left NADS for a few days for that)... Yah, so I mentioned something about how I'd leave NADS if she wanted, and she responded "I don't want you in NADS.." So I left NADS... I dunno if Capt woulda booted me, (I hope not) but I left of my own free will.. Quite frankly, NADS is a friend clan... If two members don't get along with eachother, it makes no sence both of them should be in the clan... Cookie is more... respected then me, and she is better known and well liked... (Plus she's a better player) So, logically, she should remain..

That's the story of my role in tbd... I have no clue what tbd besides a normal clan, or what controversy encompasses them, but I have no part in it... The only way I found out I was at any part involved in this suspicion is Flame (I think it was Flame) said I was being punished or kicked from the BL or something...

In conclusion, BL Admin (whomever you guys are <*cough*Bondo/Infect*cough*>) Please unban me from the BL in case I get unbanned or want to join a clan... It would be much appreciated! (See... I was polite and everything!)

Well, I think the new GR will be bad enough for you so I'll go make the change.  Sorry for the false implication.  I guess you could say the multiple clan thing has become a bit touchy at the moment.
