If you're gonna lock a sticky, what's the point of it being a sticky? Aren't stickies there so people don't have to scroll through 3 pages of threads to post on it? If they can't post, then I say again, what's the point of having it a sticky?

The one sticky that is locked is a sticky we have used to set forth various forum guidelines. It is only for mods to post in therefore it is locked. The others are not locked and are stickies because they are of importance.
