US TAC mod problem

hi,
i downloaded the US Tac mod yesterday, but it seems that the terrorists aren't acting normal. they run through every mission, like if they were in a certain "caution" mod or something. all other dtd mods work fine, even the terrors act normal ( they walk slowly through the scenery, smoke a cigarette or something ), only the TAC mod changes the behaviour of the tangos.

it would be nice if anyone could give me a hint how i can change this.

If you make US TAC the priority mod in the list, you will see the Marine MARPAT camo'd "tangos" on all maps that normally have the HRT trainer tangos. They are highly agressive and move fast. All other maps with tangos other than the HRT trainers will have the normal tangos.
