Infection - why would you post about baseball in a soccer thread?  It's not that hard to make a new thread...you could have started one that's all about baseball if you wanted....

Infection, I think the proper way to type it is "The Yankees win, thehehehehehe Yankees win."  I wish them bastards would take a few years of suckdom once in a while.  I mean, I'm a Twins fan and they won in 87, went to the cellar until midseason 91 before winning that year, then they went into the cellar until last year when they have now put two solid seasons together to protect themselves from being no more.  Then there is the Rockies.  They were good way too early for an expansion team so they are paying by having the best bad team in baseball, capable of beating thehehehehe Yankees but also of losing to every team (except the Devil Rays apparently).  Now please STFU you greedy baseball mother fucker Wink

Germany reached the finals -  Grin

Im glad that they did that by playing well, playing better then Korea - it bad luck that they did not shoot more goals but the game is over and im glad that Germany made it to the finals.

I hope Brazil get kicked by Turkey, we have to play vs Turkey. That would be fun - it would not be important which team wins then, b/c always one group in Germany would celebrate and the y other would try an revolution, lol Cool

comment:

i was very surprised by the overall performance of the U.S. team. really. awesome how fast they where able to form such a excellent team. respect for that. i agree that many decisions from the referees sucked this world cup but that one situation when the german defender was struck by the ball on the goal line was clear. no foul.

if it would have been other wise u simply could shoot the ball on a defenders hand once u entered the "strafraum" (dunno the world in english sorry) and hope on a 11 meter (penalty shot). but i understand that many U.S team fans are angry because of that.

all in all i liked that game a lot (one of the best games this cup) and i wish to thank both teams for this exciting 90 minutes of world class soccer.

regards friends Wink

my main beef with that ref was all those yellow cards. WHAT THE HELL WAS HE THINKING? the things he gave yellow cards for.. grrr!! and the fact that germany made their goal off an illegit foul ticks me off too. AND  even if the US did win they wouldnt have been able to use half their starters next round. however, i accept the fact it's over. im just going to start a WM referee hate page.

and yeah, turkey is NOT going through brazil. turkey is lucky to have gotten so far, even though they have a decent team.
