Crash Alert!!!

Ok, guys,

Had my first hard crash to desktop. I cut and pasted the suspect cause below.

R6FILENAME: FindFile could not find file pw_umpaces_inv_lowres.rsb
INVENTORY: Error loading item action bitmaps
R6FILENAME: FindFile could not find file sw_p710_inv_lowres.rsb
INVENTORY: Error loading item action bitmaps

I could not find these files in the mod bitmap folder.

Hmmm OK. I use those weps constantly with no ill effects, do you have the detail level set at something other than high by any chance? I will check it out, thanx again

I always run 1024x768 with advanced graphics at the very bottom selection which is the highest setting.

Hmmm.thats weird. I have yet to have a crash. I have been playing this mod for months now. Did it do it after a re-boot? Let me know...

I just had a major crash last night. All I did was activate your sniper mod, covert ops, and deadlocks tracers, along with the HK mod. It was a wierd crash though it went to a black screen with a green sectional bar at the top. It was really odd.

No, I was just playing a mission and it just went back to the desktop. Please identify exactly which two weapons those files are for.

At the time of the mission I gave each (6) operative a different pw and sw as I often do.

That's the UMP 45 accessorized(sd) and the P7m10 pistol. I don't know, I usually have about 5 mods active and no crashes, that UMP is like my favorite so it gets play, I also usually give everybody something different...None of the images in the bitmap folder are the lo-res type, RS doesn't seem to use them if the detail settings are high, which everybody uses. Strange error. It's a big mod and sometimes other mods can make things glitchy, but I will get on it immediately and try to reproduce the problem. Yikes! Mod is scheduled for release this evening!

Yea, I thought that's what they were. I've tried to duplicate the conditions but the crash has not occurred again.

Man the more I dig into this mod the more I like it!!

Thanks man you lit a fire under me back in Feb, I hope you feel like we stayed true to the concept, although I added the new uni's which really have nothing to do with the ITD I tried to incorporate them as "training", ya know. I hope we have struck a good balance. I am happy with the weps and everything Cobra has done is gold. I really learned a lot on this, I lov this modding stuff because it forces me to learn these complicated-ass applications like 3D studio and Photoshop.

I will release the final tonight, and while you all have fun with it I'm gonna sleep for like 4 days straight!

You guys have done well. The training uniforms, like the rest of the mod were done with style and unbelieveable attention to detail. You stayed true to your course while adding another flavor to the game.

I'm glad I was able to contribute in some small way. You release the final and rest my friend. You've earned it!!

PS - Let me know when the final patch is released. I'll just need the patch no the whole mod.
