How do I use the HEX Editor- I stopped using the "broken" Mike Schell's Skin Graft, so now I was wondering how to use the HEX Editor. I opened some previous Rogue Spear files to make my own uniforms, just to find a bunch of zero's and one's and wierd letters... all I want to do is fix the goggle problem Im having (the goggles not being tramsparent). Please help. Smiley

Well you open the file with the hex editor, expand the right column so you can see, and scroll down. Each filename you see, change to the name you chose for the file, it helps to have the character's folder open for quick refernce. Just don't change the HRT glass filenames or the des_head or camo_head face filenames...

Im still a little confused. Here's what the HEX Editor says when I open an skl or crp or rsb file- i have to shorten though, my message is too long:
