I'm feeling a bit left out here. my PC's too slow to play GR. Can I update my computer from 63 Ram to about 128 Ram and does anyone know how much it would cost.

Here in California I bought 256mb of RAM for $48.00 and it had a $10.00 mail in rebate. RAM is at an all time low.

Seriously, RAM is dirt cheap now. I've seen recently 128's @ 133mhz for like $12 to $15. 512's at less than $30....

I didn't even know RS would run on 64 meg! Seriously, with a decent vid card these games look 10X better, the diff I saw between my old 16 meg Riva card and the 32 I have now is amazing.

It just depends on your processor speed/system bus speed.

All P-II's and P-III's, as well as AMD K6-2's and Athlons up to 650mhz are 100mhz bus speed (usually).

P-III's and Athlons over 650/700mhz are 133mhz bus speed.

P-4's are 200mhz bus speed and up, but if you have a p4 you're prolly ok, lol.

RAM is dirt cheap right now, but it goes up and down. 100mhz and 133mhz RAM is dropping because of the newer, faster speeds available for the P4's, etc...
