considering when the $20 was designed the wtc wasnt even built yet, i highly doubt the gov had anything to do with this

He's right, this is the new $20, only a few years old. I saw this a few weeks ago and it's really weird, there's a lot of strange things floating around. Either way, FBI and CIA did drop the ball playing their silly little hide and seek game with each other, fighting over funding instead of paying attention to known tangos in the US. Those comfort days are gone now though.
