I would like to know as well how you take a mod you have made on the PC and convert it to a mac mod.  I have no clue.  Any suggestions?

This has come up several times in the forums already - you might think about using the search function above, and I think JohnClark was offering people tutorials on how to do it (in the mod section, I believe) But here's a (very) brief primer:

You need Virtual PC.
You need something like SoundApp.
You need something like Tex-Edit Plus.

Install the mod using the .exe file in Virtual PC. Then copy over onto your Mac hard drive. Then, using Tex-Edit, open all the actor, kit, mission, and text files - as well as the rommel.cxp file in the texture folder and the .stp and .ass files in the sound folder. Then strip out all the line feeds (the boxes) and the .wav references. Then, using SoundApp, convert all the .wav files to Mac system sound files, and copy them over.

And that's it. There are other ways of doing it, but that's the one I use.

Otherwise, send an email directly to Mauti, I'm sure he'd be able to help, and more than happy to do a conversion himself...

Good Luck - it's always good to have more mods on the Mac, so thanks for offering...

Listen to Toby.  What he says works.  ;-)  I just did a full Black Thorn conversion.
