MPlayer Bound Accents

Hey all,

Ive been trying to figure out how you get the sounds on MPlayer Bound keys to have certain accents.  Ive heard one fellow whos voice sounded sort of Russian.  I love me some goofy sounds, so I really want to know how to do this.  Does anyone know how to change the accents of the voices?  Does anyone know what Im talking about?
