can a BL admin. help me other than Ulti

to make a long story short...we were 5 and 5, we won against [R] and lost to KoS. that would make us 6 and 6. I already went to Ulti to get this reasolve and he disregarded it as he dose not think he makes mistakes. that gets a big BAH  from me. can some one plz look into this??
