I was in Best Buy yesterday buying more ram for my PC and noticed they had Raven Shield and Athena Sword LE on sale for 20Bucks. So I grabed it. Now keep in mind I have a medium level 9600 ATI w/128mb ram graphics card and Im getting an average 85FPS, nothing close to my Mac.(which btw I think is pittiful, 1ghz mac with medium card should be getting higher fps, but w/e.)

On to my story. I  install the game, get all the ports open and browse the server list. Its all set up very very nice BTW. I find a game to join, and join an Island EState game. I get in the game and tell the gents that Im a reformed Mac gamer. They all laugh at me of course. This is where Im amazed. I own this clan 14-0, and the very first time I ever play this game on a PC get accused of being a hacker and get kicked. LMAO.

There is no moral to my story other then I miss playing with my Mac Brother's

Maybe we should start a "Get VooDoo a decent Mac" fund raiser?

Well voods, all i can say is, its the price u pay. Everyone knows me for being that "anti mac gaming" guy and its the price u pay to play with the best. Just head to the ladders online and find the top clans and play in their server. Become ten times better, and enjoy it. After u are done u know what i did in CoD. Woot!

Its not surprising, when Sheix, Brain, Dest, Cossack, Gunsniper and myself (and some others) play, we always end up top 5 on the scoreboard.  Its true, ask any of these guys, I think Mac Gamers are just more tactically inclined.  Although, I have played against some PC gamers that are a challenge for the most part I have found that they are not.  Bring on the good CoD servers.....

If any of the good guys still play noms, ull find em in the 40 man and 20 man SD servers. Usually they are on later in the night but i havent played it in so long i dunno whos left.

Nope, what Im saying is tht I average 85fps at all times. If you take the 120fps I get on presidio and the 60 fps I get on training the rest falles in the middle.  clapping hands

and btw I do not have a top of the line PC. My low end PC pwn's any High end Mac in fps on any game out now. Yet I can still not SRESS enough that I love the Mac and am Mac at heart forever.

Joka: Ill look for the server, it would be good to see some Mac players out there in the vast PC server world. I feel lost sometimes, almost homesick,  Sad

I'll talk to you when I try AA on my parent's new Dual 2.5. Wink

Having shadows on in AA pretty much cut my framerates right in half when I first tried it, but then after restarting, my framerates were almost as good - 45 FPS vs 60 FPS. I average about 45 FPS on Urban Assault with my graphics maxed out.

Yep, I get an avg of 25 fps on rvs. Well, before my cd disapeared. Now I'm pwning at CoD, which I play with most of my graphics set to low.

Hey Spike which CoD do you play? the original or United Offensive?  You should join Sheix, Me, Dest and some others on GR sometime, great fun to play with other mac gamers (especially thru GR) on CoD. 

Also, who is the hotty in your avatar? She looks familiar...
