hmmm let's see here.  Reading through the "terms and conditions" file in your GR folder, you come across this:

"YOUR USE OF GAMERANGER INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS."

and,

"Scott Kevill reserves the right to terminate or suspend your use of GameRanger at any time, for any conduct that Scott Kevill, in his sole discretion, believes violates these Terms and Conditions of Use or that is otherwise harmful to other GameRanger users."

Now what this means is that GR is Scott's deal, not a public institution.  By double clicking on the GR icon, connecting to the server and using GR you're saying you agree to HIS terms.  So basically even if you get 100,000 signatures saying that Kevill sucks, it don't mean piss-shit.  And don't start up with Freedom of Speech crap either.  That only applies to PUBLIC forums.  GR is a private institution, that means the owning body (Kevill) has discretion to do what he pleases with it.  Using GR is a choice you make, and by making that choice you agree to Kevill's terms.  If you don't like it you don't have to use GR, there's always game scouter....(chuckle).

Well, is it on the fucking terms and conditions that if you sign off you get fucking permabanned because that's what happened to my brother. One day he was playing then disconnected and an hour later he came back to play and he was fucking permabanned. Yeah, I bet that one ain't on the fucking terms and conditions.

Also, is it fuckin on the terms and conditions that if you didn't know an account was permabanned and you went on it and now it permabanned your real account that it is your problem now. But yet when you go to email Scott and tell him what happened. Does he fucking reply... NO.

So as far as I'm concerned he can take them fucking terms of conditions and stick them his ass because I know my brother, zomar, and me did not violate it. But yet we are permabanned. So fuck him!

Don't even start you having nothing to do with this so just keep your mouth shut. Yeah, I hate Scott, but I still want back on GR. I have no respect right now for him and hate him right now because you email him like an adult to tell him the mistake you made, but yet does he reply to your emails no. no one here respects or likes Evill, hell I hate his guts.
And I know why you've been banned and you don't deserve it.
But don't bite off my head, all I'm saying is that a petition only works when you send it to a mans superior.  The best you can do is organize a mail blitz, every one sends Evill letters  asking (respectfully) to change things about gameranger.
What really pisses me off about Evill is that he never awnsers peoples mail.  It makes me wonder if that's even his real address...
maybe we should get people that aren't banned from GR to chat with him about our concerns.

Yes, you are right, I don't think a petition will make him change things right away, because what's he going to do he has no one superior to him in GR. But, just maybe, it will make him listen to us and the problems we have with him. As long as we handle it like adults, and we don't curse him off (oh how much I would love to meet him in person and thank him for GR, but then curse and beat the shit out of him)  

About his mail, I doubt he even reads the mail we send him. He probably just hits select all and deletes it. His powertrip is really bad and he needs a reality check to realize that if we were as much of a computer geek as he is, then we would have made a program very much like GR.

Is there ANY1 else involved with gr cause if there is we could email him  but if there isnt then we could get sme1 in the "Inside" to communicate with the "enemy"

Nah, basically the only one you get get anything done with is Scott, but doesn't look like we can get too much done being banned. Considering the fact that he doesn't reply to emails at all.

Evill has all the power here, so we have to appeal to his human side, if he has one!  Unfortunately, we can't talk to him because he (probably) doesn't even read his mail.  Maybe Jagged's idea will help get a message across.
