I spent the flower of my youth in Maine, attending Bates college in Lewiston.  I love Maine -- I even love the ice storms. Man, I remember how school didn't even close in a friggin Nor' Easter.

And cheap, plentiful Lobster.

And the most pristine woods I've ever seen. Clean air. Curvy back roads...

Every time you cruise down the 495 and pass exit 13 think of me.

I live right by Yarmouth(Cumberland) which is like 20 minutes north east of Portland.  Smiley Just thought it would be cool to know who lives in Maine since theres only 1 million in the state and who knows how many on GameRanger.

Maine's got 4 seasons just like every other state.  The winters are cold, though not much colder than any other northern state.  If you travel up north the winters get longer and colder though.  Summer is very nice, it gets humid usually.  Chilly Autum(fall) and usually a hot spring.
