I just hope the bastard has gaming support -- ie it actualy emulates video cards! Or drives directly off the mac's own!

Nah, it won't. MS (mac area) is too cheap. There one day will be hardware emulation, just not from MS.

looks like apple has to change the name of rendezvous... they will prolly say it a new feature and use it as a marketing tool.

Well Rendezvous was never a good name. It makes sense to re-brand it and draw some attention to it.

but I thought open talk was already the name of something.. wasn't it part of the printer software in pre os X days.. or a part of fileshareing or something....

Yeah OpenTalk does sound very familier.. i think your right harvey there was somthing like that in 9 with networking and printers...

I dunno thinking about it i just have vague memories of somthing like Open talk in a control panel.. or in the Chooser!
