ps. for all Americans, this is probably the second biggest football event after the world cup - (sorry i mean soccer for u guys) So its big business!

Well I am an American and well our stuipid cable tv providers decieded that if you want to watch Euro 2004 then you might as well pay for it.  And me being a 13 year old with no money will have to sit this out.  But in my view I will have to say

ITALIA

Well if Italy are going to win it they are going to have to pull some better performance out the hat - they really failed to inpress in the game against Danmark and there are some seriously strong teams in this compertition.

I was pretty shocked by the Netherlands today i must say, they were increadably lacking in the first half. Stam woke up in the second and i think really helped them to wake up but for much of the match their strikers were stranded as they failed to feed the ball foward.

Its all getting a bit warmer Wink

Well......

ok true, however under Erikson we have only lost two competative games - in the quater finals against brazil (which we should have won) and against france the other night (which we should/did/kindof won). And thats not to shabby. There is no denying the quality of the English side but its true they havn't finnished the job for a while, a long while, a very long while.

Tomorrow should be a great game, we're missing a few key players but the squad is strong enough i feel to cover them sufficently

haven't watched football/soccer in a while, except i caught a game between usa and some country (forget) whose players were all non-paid...gave the us a run for their money, but they managed to scrape through. anyone wanna fill me in on who that other country was?
anyway i voted for UK, represent nigga. but i'll still never forget Batty's blunder of a shot vs. argentina last world cup. i hit the floor...aka i was drunk but still.

France-Croatia should be a good match....Like the semi-finals in 98.
Croatia is probably the meanest team playing, so if you wanna see french people getting fouled, you shouldnt miss it.

Hehe Roony is as about as intellegent as Dubbya, but he sure can play football Cheesy

England 3 - 0 Switzerland

-----

Croatia are 2-2 with France after a shocking cock up with gave the french a gift of a goal to come back from 2-1 down.... problem is though we actually want the French to draw or win as it means we will only need a draw against Croata to go through! woot Wink

So Germany could manage nothing more than a 0-0 draw against Latvia... not partially inpressive.

HOL 2 - CZE 1 ... only about 20mins left as well!!

GREAAATE GAME and my Fav. won.

I think that the chzechs will do it this thime, after the lost in the finals 1996.

I am looking for the game GER - CHZ.
I would like to see Germany win this game, but when I look back on their last game against Latvia, I think that the Chzechs will own them badly, and Germany will be kicked out.

But then the chzechs, my second fav. team, will still be able to beat them all. ( I hope so )

Joka, at the moment, Italy isn't even going through. If they lose or tie against Denmark, it's bye-bye Italy (hooraay Smiley )

The Italians are such divers, they deserve to not go through Smiley
