CIA CHEATS IN CB film @ 11

im reposting this here because i posted it last night after our cb with CIA, and it was deleted.  i was told it would be safe in the general gossip section.  the following posts [the dont fit in one, sorry] were what i put up last night.  i also noticed that after beating cia 10 - 4, it only says 9 - 4 on the ladder.  how can he cheat like this?

well EsF beat CIA in a clan battle toady. ?but i just wanted to let everyone here know that cia romulus was a baby about it, and that he cheated. ?there is no way he should be in charge of the battle league.
in our cb, on his host, he made us change maps because we were kicking their asses. ?he gave us 10 seconds to decide, or he was going to pick for us. ?we wanted to keep using the map we were on. ?he wouldnt wait for me to green up. ?after playing for a while, he challenged my being a member of the clan, and accused me of being a cheating dragon. ? dadog then said something about him messing up the gun, that it wasnt working right. ?i think he was moding the skorp, since nobody uses it. ?it also looks like they found a bug in warehouse, but im not sure.

in the game, dadog told romulus that he fucked up on the gun mod.  they were all confused as to why it wasn't killing us.

also, he was not following the rules of the battle league.   he wouldnt let us play the map we wanted on his host.  he didnt wait for me to green after changing maps.

CIA members have cheated right in front of my eyes.. I've observed Ghost and Mr. Yoshida(Saint) inside boxes/barrels many times..

With this proof, i will be forced to remove CIA from the Battle League. As stated in the *DAMN Battle League rules, "Dont try to cheat!!! When a guy is stacking in barrels, walls,... he must immediatly tell it. And he isnt allowed to shoot anymore in the game. The best thing he can do is a selfkill. If someone cheats( using the door cheat in City Street or disappears in the road hill,.....) His clan loses the game. ?Also " *DAMN preserves the right to ban or remove a clan wich acts unacceptable anytime from the *DAMN Battle League.

The use of modded guns and hacks (such as hiding in cabants) will not be allowed in the *DAMN Battle league.

I give deadeye alot of credit because although he is a newbie, and many poeple dont believe him, he was smart enough to save the conversation, which clearly indicates cheating on CIA's part. Thank you Deadeye.

Assassin, i am surprised you can back up Romulus on this, saying that deadeye should'nt say CIA cheated because Romulus has more power then him. What Romulus has done is abuse his power (again...) and will not get away with it this time.It is a shame that his clan has to go down with him this time.

You guys need to consiter that if i had cheated i would have won. its basicly impossible to lose when cheating. (as some of you had said)

as for Ghost and Saint is barrels and boxs, i dont think they would mean to do that, but who am i to say? I will ask them about it, and put out a general warning about cheating.

Well guys, I'm glad you decided to talk to me before suspending CIA from the Battle League...seeing how I am the leader and all.  I'm not happy about this.  Now, before you guys go suspending them on account of a few peoples testimonies...I suggest we look into this.  Ultimo...we need to talk.  IM me or talk on GR.  At the very least send me an email (you know what my address is)  and lets discuss this like real people.  Get back to me when you have the chance.  My apologies to deadeye, but when a newbie comes and insults my personal friend...don't do that.  And NEVER do it to someone with a temper like I.  Thats my story and I'm stickin to it.

Romulus, even if you admit to using it once, you are supposed to kill yourself or let the other players know. In the rules it says something like that or you forfeit the game. I did not kick you off the ladder yet, but we merely suspended you for the time being until this mess gets sorted out. Think of it as an officer involved shooting, even if the cop was right, he still gets suspended until the investigation is complete. Don't look too far into this but I sure would like to get to the bottom of this fiasco.

first, to postal worker.  i can understand u taking offense to the post where i called out the sexuality of your friend.  but that was in response to his deleting my posts the first time.  my first posts were right on track, saying to judge for yourselves.  so, from the point of view of u defending your friend, its no problem with me.  but im not promising not to call it like i see it in the future.

second, about the cheating.  seems to me, that u still can lose if u cheat, it just means u suck at cheating too.  when i say cheating, i mean the following things.

1) he didnt wait for me to green up (he accused dragons of this on his old website)
2) he made us switch maps and play a different one on his host, where we are supposed to get to pick.
3) he only put the score as 9 - 4 on  the battle league, and we beat them 10 - 4.
4) dadog told romulus that he fucked up the gun in the game.  they were talking about why it wasnt working.  i would buy the line he tried to give in the chat log, but on the pc, the host moding a gun that nobody ever uses is a common cheat, and the skorp??  makes me think they tried it.

so issues 1 and 2 are the same things rom says dragons did when they "cheated" on his old web site.  oh, dear, did i just say his old web site.  maybe some people  dont know how long ive really been around.  

and last, for assassin, im glad u finally read all my stuff.  as for postal worker being able to kick my ass... that may not be a smart bet.  u've never seen me play.  i used to play on pc.  im just now being converted to macs by a friend of mine...... u know him as grifter.  i know him as i was the best man at his wedding.  and im using one of his old computers.  so please, just keep thinking i suck, makes it all the sweeter later.

members of CIA are all (including me) too stupid to find out how to change gun accuracy's etc. and if we did, it would affect the other team and they would be able to cheat too.

the hide in box thing, #1 weve never done it in a CB
#2 the only one I know of is in spa, and ive never played spa in a cb

just because he sucked at cheating, doesnt mean it still not wrong!  the things ive accused him of are the same that he accused dragon of.... and he called them cheating.  

as for moding a gun, ive spent some time reading back posts before posting here (under advise from a buddy) and i look back to a bunch of posts where romulus was begging peole to show him how to cheat.  dont believe me, go back and look for yourself.  add to that, that all it takes for a host to mod a gun is notepad (whatever u call it on a mac) and just chage a couple numbers.  now, being an admitted dumbass, i can see why u would fuck up that simple little mod.  so, like in so many other threads, u, sheepdip, and cia in general wants to skip out on the check, not answer the questions asked, and use misdirection so people might not notice whats going on.

u werent there sheepdip, u dont know.  u didnt answer any of the points except one.  so butch up and be a man.  shit, id ont know why theyve cut u such slack before, just becuase u rip on romulus a bit too.  i figure, if somone in my clan may have cheated, im going to be more pissed about it then anyone.  it reflects badly upon me.  how do u know he didnt cheat?  u werent there.  how do u know that he wasnt trying out a mod?  u werent there.  romulus hasnt answered these charges, why dont u wait for him?

ok number one, dont call me "sheepdip" you ignoramus.
number two, you must be a newbie, scince you dont know how gun modding works. if you change the stats of the gun using simple text, it affects all guns in the game that were modded, not only "blue team" or "gold team"  BOTH TEAMS! that means if we did mod the guns, (and im going to explain this as if i was talking to a 5 year old,) youd also be able to use the magic power that fairies sprinkled on our guns. so if we did cheat, youd cheat too! youd notice, guns that have perfect accuracy, guns that have 100 bullets, guns that have the zoom of a sniper rifle etc. but you didnt.

on a personal note the "reason" they keep me on is because im not a newbie bitch like you, and im also probably the best player in CIA. you didnt play me, or Alex, or Leperkahn so stop thinking your the best.
