we dont cheat.

members of CIA are all (including me) too stupid to find out how to change gun accuracy's etc. and if we did, it would affect the other team and they would be able to cheat too.

ok number one, dont call me "sheepdip" you ignoramus.
number two, you must be a newbie, scince you dont know how gun modding works. if you change the stats of the gun using simple text, it affects all guns in the game that were modded, not only "blue team" or "gold team"

Postal : No offense buddy, but you seem a bit out of touch. Romulus has been a major pain in the ass to nearly EVERYONE here on the forums. He is deceitful, immature, a flat out LIAR, and now apparently a cheater. Look through all of his posts, I think you'll see why he is a pain to all of us.

There is CLEAR evidence of him cheating and as such, not only should his clan be banned (6 months and beyond) from the Battle League, but his moderatoring duties and priveledges should be revoked.

He is one of the league admins. He of all people should know better than to cheat. He set a bad example and once again, has made DAMN look bad.

[Side note: Even before this cheating iccident, many people were upset about Romulus becoming a battle league admin because of 1. his immaturity, 2. his lies, 3. his lack of spelling ability. etc. etc.

I've asked this many times before and I'll ask it again, WHY IS ROMULUS A BATTLE LEAGUE ADMIN?

Ok, so much for my break. ?At least this topic is back to normal.... lots of posts and dumbass responses.

So, having dinner with Chase tonight (Deadeye) and he let's me know what's going down. ?I figured I have to throw my comments in here... especially after reading this thread tonight.

PW, Ass(assin), Blackhand... way to keep EVERYONE honest. ?You don't know Deadeye, so believing him at face value wasn't (and shouldn't have been) your first instinct. ?I'm not going to stand here and stick up for Deadeye, he is capable (and from the tone of the posts, he seems to be showing it) of taking care of himself. ?What I would like to say is good job questioning him, good job retracting little mistakes and looking at the facts. ?The only thing I think would have been better would have been for Ultimo and Ass(assin) to have talked before yanking CIA (unless you did, and I just didn't pick up on it in the posts). ?As for Deadeye, he's an ass of the first order.... he'll either get along famously with Ace and Blackie, or you guys will hate each other. ?Oh, and on a PC, he kicks my ass.

As for Black Sheep and Romulus, Deadeye stated his case pretty openly.... instead of trying to blow it off, why not speak to the points? ?Oh yeah, sorry, forgot who I was talking to for a minute there. ?You guys don't talk to points when you are wrong, or you would have answered my posts in the battle league a long time ago. ?

So, just reading through the chat, what do I see.....

• I see Rom admitting to not letting them choose the map, he even said sorry.
  
• I see Rom admitting that he didn't wait in one game for them to green in, but denying the rest.
  
• I see Rom denying that making them change maps on his host is cheating.
  
• I see Rom saying he counts more as an ADMIN.
  
• I see Rom trying to bully a newbie (or what he thinks is a newbie) into CB'ing without the clan leader knowing (which, is against the League rules I think).
  
• I see Rom talking about a bad gun file.
  
• I see Rom talking about a glitch/bug.

Ok, so, some of these things could be mere miscommunication. ?However, taken together, I think that Ultimo and Ass(assin) are justified in suspending CIA until this can be figured out. ?I also see Deadeye accusing Rom of shaving a win off the total.  I also see that Rom used his powers to delete this before anyone saw it the first time, instead of calling it bullshit or anything else.

So, Ultimo, Ass(assin), PW and Blackhand I think you guys did the right things (including questioning Deadeye as a newbie). ?Ass(assin) I also appologize for modifying your post..... just trying to keep my secret, superhero identity a secret.  Hope it doesn't offend you.  If so, I will change it back.

Deadeye, you were doing fine on your own and didn't need to mention me, but what the hell. ?And anymore using my old nicknames on the board will get some pictures of you posted on the web! ?Also, you should have gotten DaDog's ID if you didn't think he was in CIA. ?But being new to GR, you probably didn't think of that.

Rom and Black Sheep, if you have any wish to gain respect, speak to the issues. ?If you don't think you cheated, say why, not that you couldn't have because you lost. ?I've seen lots of people cheat and still lose. ?But, I'm probably wasting my breath here. ?If reason and logic mattered to you, you'd have answered my posts long before now. ?And Black Sheep, you did contridict yourself, as Deadeye clearly mentioned it being a cheap, easy hosted mod cheat on a gun that almost nobody uses.

so wheres your beef with me? hell, i wasnt at the cb so i cant be sure of this cheating buisness, all i was doing was stating facts.
gun mods work both ways, spa and its glitch box is never used in cbs and that ultimo should have talked to the other admins.
I can't speak for rom, but keep me out of your rant! (unless its a compliment!)

oh and as for the whole conradiction thing, from what i understand, I "contradicted" myself by saying im too dumb to mod guns, and the later telling you how it works.
sure the 2 things are simmilar, but theyre still different, thats why i gave the programming/playing games example now lets never speak of this contradiction buisness again.

• we don't box cheat in cb's.  If you weren't there, how do you know that DaDog didn't do this?
  
• the talk were Rom obviously admitts (at least, obvious to me) that he didn't wait for them to green, and made them change the map.  This seems like cheating to me, yet you didn't talk about it.  And I know that's exactly the think Rom accuesed the Dragons of doing when he said they cheat.
  
• Deadeye seemed pretty clear that the mod he was talking about was the cheap easy mod, that yes, if he had used the skorpian, he would have seen.  Just because he didn't actually see it, doesn't mean it didn't happen.  Doesn't mean it did either, but you can't say for sure either way.  Only Rom can answer what was wrong with that single gun file.

-another good point, i cant state for a fact if the modding went on, but, i do recall hearing something about the files being much harder to change in rs, in comparison to the demo, (which every one fools around with)

First, ok, I can forgive the clan battle stuff, I was just looking for an answer, and you not answering me pissed me off. ?I can let that go with you (but not Rom.... he still has a big heaping stink of answering to do, not that I expect to heay any).

Second, sorry about the "we didn't cheat, or we would have won". ?Looking back, a couple of other people made that comment, and I just dumped you in the mix. ?My mistake there.

Third, not talking about the Greening and Map thing at all didn't look like an admission from you, it looked to me like avoidence. ?But, that's now cleared up.

Fourth, looking at the files right now, it seems just as easy to do mods here as in R6. ?I don't know what the demo looked like, I never loaded it. ?But, IF (big if, because it's not for sure at this time, to me) the gun was modded, this sounds like what was described, and wouldn't disagree with what was in the chat. ?

Fifth, I've seen DaDog around.... but even Deadeye asks about DaDog being in CIA. ?At the top of the chat, it looks like Rom is questioning Deadeye if he's really in EsF.... and Deadeye responds.... and asks about DaDog. ? Rom's response is "look at how long our list ISNT". ?Now, if you are saying that DaDog isn't in CIA, that brings up the point that Rom was using a ringer (another violation of Battle League rules by an Admin).

Finally, I shouldn't have jumped so hard on you about this. ?My jumping on YOU was not centered on this issue, so I was wrong to do it. ?However, I don't think I've said anything out of line about Rom here at all. ?The one thing I'd like to add is I hope that this doesn't turn into another Romeo / Juliet thing, where a clan is punished for the actions of one (or two) of it's members. ?IF Rom did cheat (which is what it looks like so far), it would suck for you. ?Hell, it already sucks for you. ?I would like to state for the record here..... that while I right now think that Rom did cheat, based upon what I've read..... and knowing Rom's attitude..... so, while i do not think that i overreacted at all, but getting cia removed from clan battles was not what i was thinking.  my intentions were to point out for all to see what i think was clear cases of abuse and cheating by one or two guys.  because while we beat these guys and their cheating, maybe the next clan wouldnt be so lucky.

but hey, everything i said was true or my opinion.  i think i was clear which was which.

And deadeye...dont you DARE bring me into this "PW vs Deadeye" thing.  I didn't say I could beat you...that was only someone elses opinion.  So don't come off all high and mighty just because you played on a PC.  I played on a PC as well.  The first month R6 came out for the PC I was playing it with my friends.  We had a PC clan...unlike this one, it was made up of close friends who i knew personally and talked to daily.  We were never the best on Mplayer...I admit that.  But it was fun.  This is all the game is supposed to be.  Fun.  Not challenging people and trying to determine who is better.  So don't put me down, and I won't you.  Thats all I have to say for today.
