Sometimes i think the world goes crazy when it starts raining. friday night i was on my way from Vienna to Giessen in Germany, which is about 700 kilometers away, when, at a crossroad, somebody drove with about 80 km per h or 50 mph over the red light and crashed into the car right next to me. This car rebounded into my car and destroyed the whole right side!! Repair cost: $ 13000! then, i really would have liked to  Roll Eyes tis guy. but everbody was luky, so noone was injured....

Well i'll post some pics of the car later...

will your insurance pay for the repair? if not you should get the driver to pay for the damages.

hehe yes sure but it was my father's car and he needs it to work - he transports art + medical products... it will take about a month to repair the whole thing...

Sigh...if only you'd been in America, you could sue the guy for repairs, emotional trauma you suffered, lost productivity at work, leading to depression among your family members, including prozac for your dog.

Compensatory damages : $ 13 000 repairs
                                                      5 000 counseling for you
                                                      20 000 couseling for your family
                                                      1 000 prozac for life
TOTAL                    $39 000

Punitive damages:    Priceless....
