What was once a pc only map is now for Macintosh. Special Forces Sandstorm is the name of the new map that get 2 thumbs up from me. Please go to the Americas Apples website to download this map and get detail on how to install it.

Nice. As of yesterday, it was available only for pc download on the AA site... even though it was done. The lazy bastards wanted a vacation! Can you believe that?! A vacation?!

Well, I just played it for the first time, and I gotta tell ya....

I like it!

It gets a solid 15-20 FPS on a measly G4 700 iMac, and the map is big, but not ridiculous. Three different objectives which both teams try to identify (like MOUT).

On my first round, I got 7 kills, 2 deaths, 500 points, in an 8 person game... that outta help boost the Honor? level a bit.

The only problem with it right now is that you can't search for it in the filter. You have to show all games, and then find it in the game list. But that's not a huge deal.

All in all, I highly recommend this map.

Great map, me and sar played it yesterday, not too big not too small, objectives are easy to understand, and the rounds are very short mostly.
