yeah, i think it has something to do with the fact that originally apple said they would support all G3s with OS X, but then the Beige G3s were no longer supported.

Hmmm I have 2 of those apple computer mentioned that qualify (PB g3 Bronze Keyboard and Beige g3 mini-tower), maybe I should sue!!  Whattaya say?  2-3 million  Wink

The lawsuit was a class action.  You can take the settlement (which is a refund if you turn in your CD's or a $25 off cupon if you don't want to) or you can choose to file suit on your own and spend lots of money to not get dick.

I got a card in the mail about this over a month ago.
