Bah, my system gets the ol screwjob by the voting system.  Anyone who doesn't want their vote to matter, vote for me, as it won't affect things...literally.  Like I said in a comment Elandrion, I need one final alteration to my system if it isn't too much trouble, a 2 point bonus for each CB win.  This further counteracts the CB played bonus seeing as nobody seems to like that.

Bondo, I think it was rigged.  I voted for your system at least 10 times myself before I ran out of IP addresses.  doh, was I supposed to say that...
