Reinstalled GHR, any way to unlock missions and heroes?

i reinstalled my GHR cause of the new 1.0.3 update for game ranger. needed to start over to do updates. thought that if i copied .xml files like: bs_unlockedheroes.xml; that i could save that stuff. but it didnt work. is there any way to retrieve all the missions and hereos for DS, IT, and Frostbite? or someone have thoses codes that i can put in the folder?

thx ibooks. i figured it out on my own. i saved that .xml file. just had it in the wrong place. after i reloaded it and started  new mission i saw where to put the old mission .xml file. thx again.
