I've come to the only veterans i know of....

First off, about the invulnerability times; During the game that I mentioned on MP Server 2, I was quite supprised that there wasn't an invulnerability time, sense, as Bucc said, there is usually 3-5 seconds ( this is one of the reasons that I like the MP Servers ).

I think it's rather ironic that a Ghost Recon player complains about Medal of Honor's port, sense GHR is perhaps the worst port I've ever seen.

I average ( this greatly depends on the map, of course ), 75 FPS on Single Player missions such as the first two, with the exception of the initial assault sequence in the first one.

Past that, I average 15-20 FPS in Single Player at Omaha Beach. 70-100 inside the Bunker, and 60 throughout the rest of that mission.

For the rest of the missions, I average between 40 and 60.

In Ghost Recon's single player, I get about 30 FPS average.

Multiplayer MOH:AA all depends on how much lag there is. GHR, on a server with about 12 people and a 90 ping, I get 40-50 FPS.

GHR is always crashing and having other various problems, including an installer that is FUBAR. I've never crashed in MOH.

I would agree with you that MOH has some really fucked up lag, which somehow effects shooting and crouching, although, personally, I'd rather have it take half a second to crouch, or begin shooting than have it take 2 seconds for my bullets to hit.

Perhaps it's been a while sense you've played, but it takes a lot of shots from a 9mm to kill someone if you shoot them in the back or chest. This doesn't really come into play, though, sense Rogue Spear players are good enough to hit the head.

About your comparing RTCW to Ghost Recon -- perhaps later today, you'd be interested in joining me for a few games of RTCW? If you think that those two games are similar, then it's been a long time sense you've played RTCW.

Let's take, for example, the most commonly played map in RTCW - Beach. The only part of beach that is long range is the inital approach, which usually takes 30-120 seconds, before an Engineer is able to blow the door or the Sea Wall. After this, it's all close combat. Because of being able to sprint, it's extremely fast paced.

Out of all the games, in my opinion, RTCW and GHR are the two that share the least in common.
