Not to slight it, but it could be worse.  At 67 and without his prostrate, it's not like it would be getting much use other then to run a little water through.  That's probably why he wasn't seeking more $$$.  Now, if it were a 17 year old, you couldn't pay enough to make up for that kind of crap.

Heh, if you're 67 you don't have much use for your penis unless you're a playboy king. I'm sure those doctors had a good reason for removing his genital, although I guess it would feel kind of empty without yo' lil' friend down there.
