This has been bugging me ever since they changed M to the lady.

In "On Her Majesty's Secret Service", James Bond get married and his wife gets gunned down by the villans right hand woman, Irma Bunt. She escapes and is never seen again. This is her:

For the past few movies, ever since the female M showed up, I thought she bore an uncannny resemblence to Irma Bunt. This is the new M:

Actually, I'm almost positive the new "M" is the same lady as one of the chicks in Dr. No. I forget the character's name, but they look a lot alike. I think she plays an evil pilot or something lol.

Uhhh.... looks like nobody I've seen from Dr. No. If it was then it was a bit role, cuz I don't remember it.. all I remember is this evil womans face as she gunned down his wife.

Note people... I do not mean actor.. I mean charachter. I know they're different actors, but they look much the same.

Pussy Galore was from Goldfinger.

The new M (as has been pointed out) is played by Judi Dench

Irma Bunt was played by Ilse Steppat.

Judi Dench hasn't been in any of the Bond films before Goldeneye and has only played the M character.  She has been in plenty of films, and is well known due to her many Shakespearean roles.
