I happened across these two webcomics within the last few days, and read through the archives of both. Both are no longer being made. One of them is very much devoted to the idea of philosophical and religious introspection, while exploring the concept of self-referentiality in comics in a way that hasn't really been done elsewhere. Some really interesting discussions in that comic. The other comic is much more a humorous treatment of the subject of philosophy. This one is also much shorter, having an archive of only 48 strips as opposed to the other comic's 1000 strip archive. Good for a quick read.
