How to make a graphical mod for GhR

Hi.
As most of you who have tried to use the rsb converter from RS to convert ghost recon rsb files know, it does not work. It seems like I am the only one who can make it. This is how to do it:
Download my skin pack volume 1 from http://www.freewebs.com/ghrdls/downloads.html and convert the rsb files there to pict files. It will work! To make other graphics in ghost recon just convert rsb files from different mods (IT will work too, but not very good) I hope to see some nice graphic mods here soon

All in all you can open almost all Ghost Recon.rsb files made by modders with the RS .rsb converter(available at our RS armpatch tutorial)but not the ones created by Ubisoft.
