Well Im getting the old ?connection refused? message again.
So I will be hosting a game that runs most of the day, my isp is 24.26.188..48  join port is 2346. It will be a MTR3 game, so grab the mod first if you dont have it.

Good to hear, I thought it was just my who could not connect.

Connection went down at abou 2:00am Eastern time. I was on, then I wasen't. Hopefully this does not last to long.

Yes, GR is also down for me also. Good to know it's not just my AirPort. Hopefully it will be back soon.
