oh my god whats this? a thread that doesnt talk about AK or rapid? lets keep it that way, eh?

so anyway, i just got done watching some "key: the metal idol," and was wondering if we had any other anime fans in the crowd.. do we?

i think "cowboy bebop" and "serial experiments: lain" are the best anime thingys ive ever seen, but thats just me. i know some people who think slayers and dbz are the best things under the sun... eww...

My favorite anime i've seen (and i've seen about 5 =P) was Ghost in the Shell. Naked cybernetic babes shotting stuff, then ripping their arms apart trying to get into a tank. yummy! Me and my bro (El Bung) actually started making a skin of the big dude (bateau) for RS. It never really worked, but we almost got the head to look right!

yes, ghost in the shell was awesome. sometimes it got boring, but, the action scenes made up for it.

Ok, I'm worried about Wrathy... he should have posted here by now.  I'm going to start getting some pictures of him out to the milk companies (as soon as I crop out spazzy and the midget)... if anyone sees him, please call 1-888-MISSING, yes, that number again is 1-888-647-7464.

Anime is Wrathy's favorite thing in the world I think.

Wrath loves anime like I love women and GRIFT loves sheep. Did all of the ISPs in Washington go down or something? There must be something seriously wrong for him to have not posted yet.

ANIME DID SOMEONE SAY ANIME?

Yeah, I think someone did. woooo

I love anime almost as much as spaz loves saying "bah" or grift loves blabbing about nothing, but not as much as Ace loves to delete dumbass's posts and let other people say he didn't do it.

My favorite series is, of course Love Hina with Trigun right next to it..

Of course, Geek knows I love anime since I emailed him about it when I saw his profile on the KoS page..

but I wasn't very into it then.. only had seen Gundam Wing *BLAAAGGHHH - runs and gets bucket* and Trigun..

i just saw this kickass movie sunday.. and im drawing a blank on the name. it was weird though.. all the charictors actually looked japanese. and every gun was a ww2 german gun, and all the poeple drove volkswagons, and the army guys wore nazi helmets.. weird.

jin-roh, that was it. the wolf squadron or something. it looked brand-spanking new when judged by the quality of the animation.

Jin-Roh is exceptionally good... better than most live-action films in that genre, considering. ?Especially the acting.

I personally have a soft spot in my heart for giant mechas - I just recently got the never-released-in-America 5-DVD collection of Mobile Fighter G Gundam, straight from Hong Kong (off of eBay). ?It's Japanese with Chinese or Engrish subtitles. ?Yes, I said Engrish, not English. ?There's a difference. ?Wink

i wonder if rapid watches anime.... Grin

seriously, lets flip this around. Whats the _worst_ anime you've ever seen? For me, it was this godforsaken bore-fest called "Royal Space Force". if you ever want to tourture yourself for and hour and a half, find this POS and watch it.

Argento Soma or Photon.. Gundam Wing was a lame plot and it was too long, but the action was decent.. plus Duo and Wufei were just plain cool. *hums the Deathscythe theme to self*

Ya gundam wing is pretty boring ... they placed in tooooo much political subjects in them...

and Jin-Roh:wolf brigade was cool!... though some parts i just about fell asleep when some guy would talk in a mono tone, but after that it got way interesting.. especially when the rebels were running and got traped by the special forces =D

hmm another cool anime is DBZ... though their lines are just retarded, like some 5 year old made them... but i like the fighting scenes (just watch the japanese versions =D so you dont need to bother to listen to the annoying words =D)

and wooth is a fiended mortal
