Heh, that's a nasty 'hack' Bull
Bondo, it's an application you can get on versiontracker.com, check it out, it's as easy as installing the Logitech drivers. It works for joysticks, keyboards, mice, pretty much anything really, but check it out.

The reticule in RS is indeed affected by firing single-shot. It's just not as noticeable as when you're on full auto. For about my last year of RS, I played single-shot Aug almost exclusively. I know whereof I speak. : )
Ace, I use a Kensington Turbo Mouse, which despite the name, is a trackball. I'd recommend Turbo Mice to anybody--they're excellent products. I've used Turbo Mice for about seven years now, and had three in that time: one that broke after several years of use, one that was obsoleted when I got my G4 (sans ADB), and my current one, which I've had for at least three years now. Kensington's drivers are high-quality, complete with the ability to set scaling speed based on mouse movement so that, e.g., when you move your hand slowly, the cursor moves a pixel at a time, and if you move your hand quickly, the cursor will zip from one corner of the screen to the other. I'm the anti-mouse, since it kills my wrist to be moving my hand around during gaming. I know that most people assume that trackballs won't work for gaming. I beg to differ. Mice (especially optical mice) have the advantage in pixel-by-pixel precision aiming, but overall, trackballs work vastly better for me for gaming.
