I can see it coming, Kings are the next World Champs. Granted, they shold have been the champs last year... Ah well, the Lakers lost at Staples Center. The game that was supposed to be their comeback, their confidence builder, with everything riding on it; was lost! Yay. So, my prediction(way in advance), Kings are champs this year(like they shoulda been last year). I can't help but wonder if Ace's team(Lakers) will even make the playoffs!
(they will probably, but still... Ahahaha They got beat)

Die Ben. The Lakers are not, have never been, and never will be my team. I hate them and their gay purple flag waving fans just as much as you do. I hate the NBA in general, but I do root for the Kings if I were to pick a team. I watched the game yesterday and was loving every minute of watching those damn Lakers getting punked.

Im gonna haev to say the pacers, yes there may be better teams, but i love the pacers, there is always a chance fo every team.  After all those championships by the lakers, i hate them, just like the chicago bulls.  Not to mention the yankees.

Mattster, The Lakers have the second worse record in the conference . They aren't a challange for anyone right now... If they played like last night they would be, but the Kings just beat their A-Game, so that's gotta be depressing enough to put them back into their slump.

Tasty, The Mavericks are a contender this year, but in no sence a rival like the Lakers. First, Webber won't be indicted until AFTER the playoffs . Ahahaha, second, the KIngs will whoop on the mavs Dallas is in no way better then the KIngs... Just in record, but look at schedules.

Ace, I seem to remember talking to you about sports the first time we met on AIM, and you said something about me being a crappy Kings fan and bragging the Lakers one... I just assumed It really was a great game,. wasn't it .

Walla, uuuh. The Lakers already lost . It'll be a challange for them to just get into the playoffs now. An analyst says just to get into last years playoffs they'd need a record of 39-19 in the rest of the season. The up and coming teams are much better now, and the crappy teams still suck, so at this point the Lakers will (in my opinion) need about 45-13 in the rest of the season. Very unlikely. (P.S. FOX GOT HIS ASS BEAT BY CHRISTIE PRESEASON. AHAHAHAH!)

NH, Not a chance . Sorry. At least you stick with a single team though. I've loved the Kings since me the days of Mitch Richmond, Spud Web (he was tight), Lyonell Simmons, Olden Polynese, Mike Perplowski..., Ahahaha. Wow, they sucked back then Maybe in a few years, the Pacers will get good! Several.... Years... The Kings had to get a whole new lineup to get where they are, seems likea  good strat to me.

On the topic of sports did anyone watch ESPN2 on Saturday morninng? I was gonna watch it but the room tv didnt have ti so i was in the lobby at like 11 am watching football. AT ANY RATE the Cavaliers killed them! THem and Clemson should have switched bowls, NC State and Clemson got better bowls then us and we beat them both, how cheap. Oh well UVa will be ranked next season!

Fools, just because the Lakers lost doesn't mean that a dynasty is over...once they pick up Juwan Howard (who can hold his own against TD, CWebb and KG) the Lakers will be the team to beat. This coming season is going to bring a major overhaul of the Laker's roster, and all I can say is that you will be seeing them in the finals again next year.

P.S. I hate those wannabe Laker bandwagon fans...I have been a fan for as long as I can remember.

Sin, the first step is admitting there is a problem. Quit living in denial and realize that the Lakers were just lucky that they weren't exposed as the shallow team they are until before this.

I knew that they weren't a very deep team because the owner (Jerry Buss) is a tightwad and tried to get by on the minimum while raking in maximum profits. It is now apparent to him that he will allow Mitch Kupchak to do his job and bring in some high quality free agents with the 5 mil exception and possibly a little more to go over the cap. He sees that in order to maintain a maximum cash flow coming to him, he has to invest a little more to tap into it now.
