Concerns that I?ve had with a certain moderator have just escalated. This certain moderator, if of course Ace. I personally, have nothing against Ace as a forum poster. Poster being the key word in that. I have documented through screen shots, Ace deleting a post by |?K| Rapid. I have nothing against deleting posts, and support deleting spam. Rapid?s post wasn?t spam. And I can be sure that if it were someone other than Rapid posting that, it wouldn?t have been deleted. Rapid?s post read as followed:

That's Rapid?s post. Insulting towards Bucc, but nothing farther than much of the stuff that is said by people about Rapid. Bucc made a comment against rap in a thread about a rapper dying. That's like if in a thread about Walter Payton?s death a few years ago, if the topic starter said that he didn?t want to hear anything against football in this, and the first post was about how stupid football is. Then the topic starter would have the right to respond with a post like this. Attacks by a moderator, against a member through deleting posts are totally unacceptable. I?m not alone in people who think that Ace is about the worst possible person, aside from maybe SK, to be a moderator.

Part 2: Next, to Sin?s comments: I think that Sin?s opinion is clearly illustrated in his comments ?Please ban this fool for at least a week?. - Sin isn?t doing his job as a moderator through making comments like this. If he feels that Rapid deserves a warning, then it?s his job to simply post that, not add editorial comments about it.

Sin, you put Rapid in a situation where he can?t win. He has comments to make that aren?t spam. And then some dumb shit moderator deletes his post, and then another moderator steps up and accuses him of spamming his post over and over because it was deleted. In a public forum, its Rapid?s right to have his opinion of matters, and if he can do so in a non spam for, which this is here, then his post must remain.

It?s not Rapid?s fault that Ace has been abusing his moderation abilities. Rapid is treated differently than anyone else here, for things that he's done in the past. Here is an example of what Ace did using different members: Pretend that I was a moderator at these forums, and I saw Brain ( I use you as example since you?re one of my wubbers ) make a post that was in response to something, wasn?t spam, but was directed in an insulting manner to one of my friends, and I deleted it. That's exactly what happened here. If Bucc or someone made this exact same post against Rapid, I?m 100% sure that it wouldn?t get deleted. You guys want to act like Rapid thinks that everything is a conspiracy against him, but at this point, I?d have to argue that many things are; such as this.

Personally, I think that Ace deserves a ban from the forums far before Rapid. I look at his post, I see that its not spam, I just see that its insulting to Bucc. The reason that it was deleted, is because you disagree with it. If everything that the moderators disagreed with, almost everything would be deleted in many cases. Being a moderator doesn?t meant that you get to delete posts that you disagree with, or ones that you find insulting. Being a moderator is a job that you are chosen to do based on your skills. If you can?t do your job by deleting spam, and locking the threads that need to be locked, without deleting posts that you disagree with, then you shouldn?t be a moderator.

Just now noticed Sin?s new post in the Battle League, I followed things to the RS FAQ, where he is keeping Rapid?s post. The thing that Sin doesn?t notice given that he lacks an important thing that most people have, that being a brain; Rapid?s posts all say the same fucking thing. You dumb shit moderators are attempting to get him ban, most likely by saying that he's posting the same thing over and over. The reason though, is because he has things that he wants to say, and you?re deleting his posts.

If you dumb shits had brains enough to know how to run a forum ( Referring to certain GG moderators ), then you wouldn?t have let this happen in the first place, you would?ve seen that his posts aren?t spam, and you wouldn?t have deleted them. But I really don?t think that's the problem. I don?t think that you deleted his posts because you thought that they were spam. I believe that you deleted them because you disagreed with what he says. I'm choosing to keep this post in this forum, not because it is on topic but because it is within my domain so it won't be tampered by others.  Of the spam threads this one is the one that I've seen that is at least somewhat productive so I think it would be wrong to sweep it under the rug.

I have stated before that I think there are issues about some moderator's behavior not being fitting of how a moderator should act.  So I understand where Rapid is coming from in part.  Still, that doesn't excuse his spam rampage.  There are more productive ways of dealing with things.  So yes, I will support him having a ban (not permanant or excessive, just a punishment).  But I also think the mod situation needs to be looked at.

Thanks for confirming it Deadeye(dumbass).  The point of "being hosted" is the problem here.  Ace and aSs let you and bucc do anything to anybody, but as soon as the opposing party replies with logic and intelligence that owns them, Ace and aSs come to their rescue to protect the "Inner Forum Circle".  Too bad that your ways are coming to a closing and soon we'll have forums where clans can come chat and share their competitive differences in a good positive irie vibe, as opposed to the environment we have going on right now with you fools spoiling it for everyone.  It'll all end soon and you'll be shocked that the Real MAC? *Sigh* - Deadeye, I am blaming Ace because he was the one who was first deleting Rapid's posts in the origonal thread. Ace can be blamed for the fact that this whole thing started. If Ace or Sin sent Rapid a polite private message explaining why his post was deleted, I'm sure that he'd be ok with it 99% of the time. I will give step by step instructions as to what to do before you post again, so that your small mind can comprehend it.

1.) I am assuming that you're able to get to the forums. Now, go to the main forum page, click on the link that says "RS FAQ", read Rapid's origonal post against Bucc.

2.) Open a new window in your browser by either hitting "Command N" or going to the "File" menue, and selecting "New".

3.) Come to the main page of the forums, click on the Genral Gossip. Open the thread titled " ::JamMasterJay from RUN DMC was shot dead last nite::".

4.) Put the two browser windows side by side.

5.) Try and read it as if Rapid's post was at the end of that topic.

Perhaps through this, you will get a little more understanding as towards how this started. Come back and post again once your done with that, and if you can't follow my instructions, then PM me if you can find out how and I will write them again, and try and make them even more simple.

The only reason that I kept re-posting my post, was because I found it extremely unfair that these mods were deleting my voice, just to let their friend's voice be heard louder than mine.  So I felt the right to repost my post since they were disrespecting me for deleting my posts.  It's not as if I just came out and put 10 posts all spam all rookie.  These mods kept deleting them, so I kept re-posting them back up.  Now if they want to make it look as if I just came in the boards and spammed my message 10 times with its sole purpose to spam, that's completely false and incorrect.  I reposted my post after I would look and see that these 2 mods, Ace and aSs, deleted them with no explanation.  Now don't let nobody brainwash you to think something otherwise because it is so crystal clear.  Thanks.

Ok, I decided to move the thread into this forum as it is actually on-topic here (although it's flame content is such that it normally would not be allowed...but in this instance no good would come from deleting it right now.

Deadeye and Sin...the way you've responded is not really appropriate.  Rapid and Typhy may not be respected posters, but you two are supposed to be...you are in the Black Ops for a reason.  You have sunk to a level that isn't fitting of such a position here.  You need to lead by example.

Getting to the complaints...I think it IS time we look at who is appropriate to be moderating the forums.  Also to be looked at is cementing a firm set of posting guidelines so that it is an objective,  not a subjective system.

Yeah, I am good with the comas but I often forget the periods, I once turned in a 2 page book report that had no periods... Jeb, Rapid's posts aren't spam at all. For a perfect example of spam, look at SK's posts. Spamming is when you don't care about an issue, and just post for no real reason. Rapid only posts things that are important to him.

Next, I think that everyone, including Rapid and I can agree that his post was an attack on Bucc. However, to me it seems like a justifyed attack. This is a far bigger issue than just Rapid. I know Rapid well, he could care less if he gets a forum ban if things begin to change for the better. And with Sin abusing his moderator powers, I expect to see a punishment of the removal of his moderator powers.

Just now noticed your post Ace. I would agree that Rapid probably handled this poorly. But, I seriously think that eventually someone needed to do somthing like this. Rapid took on what myself, and many others don't have the guts to do. Someone had to point out the mistakes that the moderators were making through causing some trouble, rather than just starting a dumb thread about it ( Like Loudnotes and I ), or just bitching about it in chat.

Sorry to see him go at any age.  Run DMC was groundbreaking and he did have a large effect.  They probably did more to bring RAP out in the mainstream and get it airtime then any other band of that genre back then.
