Well Yesterday i was restarting my computer to go to mac os x and then It Showed this thing with a broken File with a computer on it broken Like just spilt in half Im on my Pc Right now and i was wondering if anyone knows what it is?
and What i can do....

The marines are so good they took a jeep into some Iraq village trying to get ambushed, they refueled 6 times and did everything they could to get ambushed. and didn't!
Then the same people take in a army jeep and try not to get ambushed and they do. but the marines kill them all and go home.

Were you trying to boot into OS 9 or OS X at the time.

I got this problem before when trying to boot OS 9 on a box that was running OS X.  It would run classic mode just fine, but wouldn't boot up in OS9.  I tried using some utilities to bring it back, but basically, one very important little file got hosed (can you say B-Tree directory missing...) and I ended up booting off a CD, backing up all my data, and then reformatting the drive.  

Hope your deal goes better.  Try booting off a CD if you can't boot at all, then try using the system prefs (or control panel... whichever) to change the boot system and see if it boots in the other....  Let me know what happens then.

well i can do anything this is right when i start up so i can not even open my cd Drive What.....

Hold down the mouse button while you turn it on.  Keep holding it down.  The CD tray should eject for you.

Yeah i Had to Restore my comp today and the guy i was talkin to said to take installin games and Stuff slowly for a while so maybe i will Cb tomorrow if ?install Rouge spear.

I DONT HAVE MY RS install CD To Bad that means no cbs in rs for a while(HuRRY UP TYPHY) Well at least im getting R6 soon and UT....
