For once, I agree with the peeps who kiss Evill's ass. Gr is a great application no matter which way you look at it. We all might disagree with the administrating, being banned for senceless reasons... I doubt Evill has the time or patience to go through each of our cases one by one though. I mean 4 people were banned that we know about in one day. It probably becomes too much to handle... I don't know about the whole Bondo ban, who was trying to defend hazard with a logical case, but honestly, if I were Evill I would have probably had it by now...

But frankly, you all love it. Psyks asked me today "How do you you do it? How have you stayed away from gameranger so long" (or something of the like) today... All you peoples would miss gameranger horribly, as I do...

The best advice I can offer: Stay out of Evills way... He comes into the Bar & Grill, keep your mouth shut or leave the room.  I made the mistake of actually talking to him when he came into the Bar and Grill... Maybe thats why I got banned...

Bondo, i watched as you got banned, and yes people everything that he has stated is true.  I stood up for your banning, after you got it, and talked to him for a while of why most of the bans come from the RS R6 community, and he said, and I quote "They come from there because thats where most of the fucktards are." So i proceded to argue for a while without recieving a ban myself (which suprised me).  So you can see that evill holds a grudge against the RS and R6 community, whether you kiss his ass or not, but at the same time he realizes that his empire entirely consists of, and was built by, R6 and RS players.  I myself, have no respect for evill anymore, and a ban would be like lifting a big weigt off my shoulders, so bring it on.  Fear not, Run not, your fate is determined by actions, not by some fuck at a keyboard.

first of all, gr wouldnt just be an airport, it'd be o'hare, lax, and jkf international, combined
second of all havent you ever heard the phrase 'give a little to get a little'? try showing evill a little respect, and maybe he might  devote more brain cells than it takes to push the ban button at you. if i had to deal with idiots all day i know i'd be touchy.(hell i get touchy just moderating here sometimes)

you seem to think that just because you play rs, evill owes you more. if evil owes anyone anthing, it would be mauti and the rest of the original r6 crowd, because they were the people who got gr moving. also if you're smart you'll notice that those people generally tend to be the ones who treat evill with respect (or atleast more respect than the majority of you show him), now do you think it's a concidence that you never hear about mauti being banned? or how about sin and ace, when's the last time they were banned? hell the only time i was banned was because i did something real stupid(it was before i was really into the whole online gaming thing)

It really is odd though. When I was banned, at, I don't know, 3 am, in MacClans, myself ejo and cybershark and evill were hanging out... And myself and Evill were actually somewhat getting along. I mean, I remember I made a joke and he said "Heh"... And then I was correcting people's spellings, and he joined me... It was quite an experience when we talked to eachother... He's not that bad...

So just a note to everyone

Evill: It would be nice if you gave a reason to why you are banning, or maybe gave less a less drastic punishment.

Peoples: It would be nice to respect Evill just a tad bit. He created this application, and without it, you would never have met, or played these games...

Doesn't bondo also have a history of bothering evill about fairness of banns, not to mention the whole "evill" clan thing. I do think that a week is a bit long for just asking. i got a week for idling once, and i'm not soar over the issue, i just don't try to get banned.

Ok brian, you are obviously missing the BIG picture.  Being a senior member of GR i can state some of the things that you might be, or have missed.  Evill used to play lots of games with us, i remember them, back in the day when r6 and gr first met.  But since RS came out, there have been some bad seeds (not you ben, or the recent bans), and those bad seeds has turned the entire gr community against us.  Personally i dont give a fuck about the contrust chatting assfucks, but one thing that chaps my ass is how evill has turned his opinion against us without real justification.  THAT is why i am pissed at him, he doesnt give respect to us, though i give it to him, which is one thing i should stop.  I always respect other R6 RS users, and Evill, but recently, with the bannings of ben and bondo, and others, his level of credibility is falling faster than my stocks.  Power corrupts even the smallest and insignificant of men.

Guys. The reason he has a "grudge" against the RS/R6 community is because he reads the *DAMN boards occassionally(or maybe all of the time), and sees everyone talking shit about him. So they way I see it, just leave him be, and it'll be all good. Maybe there can be a filter that won't let you use the word Evill or something in a post, to cut down on the bashing. Just a suggestion...Maybe he'll start unbanning people once we start maturing. This fighting back bullshit won't work, it'll just cause more bans, and piss Evill off even more. I stay out of trouble by treating everyone(or almost everyone) with equal respect, and trying to avoid talking on GR. I mostly just come on GR to play now, so I can't do anything to get myself into trouble. So let's all just mellow out, be friends, and show Evill some respect.

Benzo, as you already know, Evill reads these forums, which means everytime you post about bannings, he sees that you're not letting it die down. Maybe you should just stop keeping it alive by talking about it, then Evill might unban you. Just a suggestion.

Well because I would rather not be lumped in with the RS crowd that seems to be getting most of the bannings, I would like to clarify that the R6 crowd, especially the "old schoolers" for the large part have never had problems with Evill. How many SEALs, SiX, POD, etc. did you ever see get permabanned? None by my recollection. I think this is representative of how the R6 players generally had some respect or at least gratitude for the service Evill provides.

Ace, HAD is the key word there.  I did have respect for Evill and the service he offered back before he started banning people  for no real reason.  Ben, Alias, and I are all old-school R6ers and have all in this thread have shown displeasure with Evill.

Bronto, Ben had let it die down for three weeks...even in the forums so it was becoming obvious that Evill had no intention of unbanning him.

Bondo, besides Alias possibly none of you guys are really old school R6'ers. All the old schoolers I know still do have respect for Evill and that respect is reciprocal I believe. The only reason I say "had" is because we aren't on as much anymore. I was on and even asked Evill about Ben's ban the other day. Hell, you could even say I pestered him. Did I get banned? No, because I'm not a dick about it. Regardless of what you think about Evill's banning practices, you should still show some gratitude for him providing GR.

Ace, what fucked up system are you using that I am not old-school...did I need to be on BEFORE R6 was released to be considered that?

As for me valuing GR...I use it less and less nowadays so the fact that it is there to use for playing isn't much of a value to me.  What I use it for is chat...and it is doing a piss poor job of being a chat application when those I like to chat with are being banned.  For those that still play, maybe Evill is providing a valuable service, but for me he just happens to be providing one of a number...just one that has a bit more activity.

Ace, Bondo is definitely a old skooler.  That being said, I have respect for Evill's service, not for his abitrary abuse of it.  I understand how much work goes into all that stuff, so i respect the effort.  Whenever i talk to evill about stuff i always do it respectively because he gives it back, i dont htink bondo or ben should have been banned, but i agree with Ace on one part, ben, i think you should let it go for a while, because evill DOES read this, and i probably just reminds him every time he reads it.  I say, drop the banning threads and I will try to talk to him about un banning.

Psyks' ban wasn't an attack on psyks himself. Evill, at least i hope, only banned infect and it is a unforseen consequence that psyks is also banned. Not nessesarily a purposeful ban of psyks and infect just a nessesary consequence. Hazards ban has been lifted from what i know so that is no longer a problem. As for the others i can't cover because i have to leave right now and will not return for 2 days. So, cyaz.
