Like Bondo said last night about the Canes I'm saying about the Nets after the first period..they have nothing on the Lakers...they have to believe like the Kings, I want to see the explosive Nets.

lol, Shaq was shooting like shit and he "only" got 36...as a side note, all of the Nets' centers are Shaq's bitches.

That would be their uhh 2 centers sin?  Collins did very well against him in the one quarter he played which was the fourth.  Now I think the nets were just nervous..they outplayed the lakers in the other 3 quarters and could have a chance to beat them if they are able to play like that the whole game.

MacCulloch, Williams, Collins...3 centers.

The Nets only came back because the Lakers hit it into cruise control and didn't get Shaq the ball during the 2nd and 3rd quarters. If Shaq were to be fed the ball the entire game, no one is going to stop him from getting 50.

ok, so the nets turned out to be the lakers bitches, and detroit stuck it to the canes. that means thet this thread and the hockey thread are essentially dead untill next year.
my question is this, now what? what is the next major sport to show up, baseball? or do you want to skip baseball and go straight into football?
or do we want to talk about how the us team is doing in the world cup?(or some other topic of interest...)

The marines are so good they took a jeep into some Iraq village trying to get ambushed, they refueled 6 times and did everything they could to get ambushed. and didn't!
Then the same people take in a army jeep and try not to get ambushed and they do. but the marines kill them all and go home.
