Rom, I haven't messed with any of your posts even though the delete button is mighty tempting. As for anything you may wish to try, we will delete it and if you get out of hand you will be banned. Simple as that.

As for your comment about using Linux, since you said you game a lot, I'm sure you don't use Linux for gaming. You probably use Linux for stability, and Windows for a normal GUI. Lemme check... hold on... yep, I get both from OS X. Even if you were truly just into Linux, you could run it on a Mac just as well. It's hardly an OS requiring massive hardware.

Thank you for not messing with my posts.

I use XP for everything. And what do you know, it has FAR more applications and FAR more games.

Far more applications? Hah! Not only are there native OS X applications for anything I could possibly need, but I also can get a wealth of open source applications for *nix-based systems. This will far outnumber (and outclass for the most part) the applications for XP. As far as games go, there are enough games. No one is ever going to be able to play all the myriad of titles available for Windows. If you are only using your computer for gaming, you should just get a console system instead.

Console?s have shitty graphics, if you haven?t noticed... Nothing can compare to my GeForce4Ti4400 OC'd in a little console. I do have a PS2, but I only use it for 2 player games (GT3A, RF, etc.) and GTA3.

I think that if you noticed, WinXP can run ALL games that were written in the many flavors of Windows, and my PC can also run many more applications. And I can even use Linux if I want to. Mac's have a very limited game market, and they get everything (Other then high end graphics programs) much later then I do on my PC.

Oh, and Dest, I really think you would be able to kill me very much in RS now. Have you ever played CS? If you can play any type of map, and come out highly on top (5/1 to 10/1!) then you can play RS with ease. RS is like sleeping compared to CS.

Rom, i have 35+ games on my mac, all are in wide release on the PC (don't ask how i got so many games, or i'll knife you).

Even though i have a extensive library of games on my mac, i spend most my time playing 1 and 3 others.
Rogue Spear, Q3:TA, TO: AOT, and RTCW.

Just because PCs have more  games doesn't mean shit. Frankly my dear, most people have 1 game they like.

I've played CounterStrike, and i didn't find it that amuzing. There is hardly enough cheating on MP games on macs, to make games suck. Try playing RS online in the PC world, i know many PC rs vets who quite because of it.

i didn't buy my mac for gaming, i bought my mac for every day computer shit, and frankly the amount of games on the PC is a weak idea of geting people to switch

I know. The reason I got mine was that it cost me around $1500, with a 19" TF CRT display. It runs circles are Mac's, and it costs 1/2 to 1/3 less!

Games are just a highlite. In a ideal world, Macies would get all the cool new games also (Have you ever played GR,RA2:YR,or C4? Great games!)...

The PC is a grea box because it can take any flavor of Linux, it has great power, and it has a lot of programs (Far more then for Macs, I hate to tell you) that are avalible to Windows and its multi-flavored Linux.

Rom...
First, anything you can run on linux can be run on a Mac... Linux runs on the Mac.... not that you need it. ?You can run Xfree86 over OS X as well. ?

OS X is much better then Linux, hands down. ?You can do EVERYTHING on OS X that you can on Linux... but OS X has the nice, easy to use interface and programs that Linux doesn't.

As for Windoze vs OS X.... games are the only thing that Windoze can really brag about. ?What program that get's used is on Windoze that isn't either on the Mac directly or in a different form?? ?What can you do on a Windoze machine that I can't do just as well (or better) on a Mac?? ?Notice, you always have to have two operating systems... boot in one or the other... with OS X.. it's all one.

Also, nobody that I know of is messing with your posts.... don't threaten us.  Just by taking your post and the IP address I could probably have your ISP drop you (just to threaten it is usually against the TOS... and I have done this to others that pissed me off trying to hack into my servers).  If anything happens to this board, you better believe that every IP you've ever used will be traced back to the ISP's and all of them will get a copy of this thread....  And that is just where I'll start.  I don't like people threatening things like this.... period.  Joke or no joke, I take it very seriously.

unfortunalty for you, rom, grift has at least 20 different people who will verify his story, and i'd bet that mauti has the original post as well... and besides gift might have taken a ss, and well in that case you are kinda screwed, watch what you say next time
*makes mental note to take ss next time*

also, in what way do you think your post was modified?, and why did you quote my post when complaining about it?

LOL, of course I took a screen shot of it.  Along with one of Rom's profile and a few other posts,  to just add some more depth....

Rom knows that I'm not stupid enough to warn him before I've made copies....  So he is warned, enough said.

Yes, I know you are intelligent Grifter. I know your strategy well enough. I just hate to tell you that I have said nothing wrong. Having 1000 PC users come here is no problem. Mauti might like the increase in posts and hits! I wouldn't do anything harmful at all. I am not like that.

Say what you want now Rom... but I have your old posts right here... and you know exactly what you said and implied.... including "taking them down"...

It was pretty clear to me.  It seemed pretty clear to Ace when he read it too.

Doesn't matter... say what you want now.  Like I said, it's a "just in case" you pull some crap here that I'll make sure to take care of things.
